Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in NoDa, Charlotte

Lima and Michael’s place exceeded my expectations! Everything was well equipped and clean, just as pictured. Lima was very good at communicating with me, which I really appreciated! She answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. I would definitely recommend others to stay at her beautiful place.

Wanda’s place was the perfect walkable location in Uptown. The apartment was pristine and had everything we needed. There are lots of thoughtful touches like a table and chairs you can pull out for games or additional dining space. Wanda responded to questions very promptly, and I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very clean and accommodating. The location was an easy walk to the convention center and also accessible to many of the activities downtown. We even had a parking spot! Communicating with the host was super simple and they responded quickly to our questions.

This host was truly accommodating. The property’s security measures were exceptional. The apartment was spotless; the fresh scent upon entering indicated meticulous cleaning. Everything matched the online photos perfectly. I had an excellent stay and will undoubtedly book again!

Jenny's place was just right for our 5 week stay. It was comfy and spacious. The location was close to grocery and other shopping and also a wide variety of dining places. It was also close enough to the Greenway trail (with a bit of street biking) and we biked all the way to the S.C. border. Jenny also sprinkled a few special touches around, such as a case of bottled water and a bottle of wine in the kitchen and a bag of new toiletries on each bed. My husband and I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

Brooke and Ryan’s place was absolutely perfect for our group. Every family had their own unit and each was decorated beautifully. We loved sitting on the porch and catching up with each other. The area is so quaint and peaceful. Brooke and Ryan are fantastic hosts and made everything so easy for us. We definitely will stay at their property again when back in Charlotte!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The amenities were great, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and how clean everything was. Malinda's place was perfect for our 4 generation, family weekend. We each had our own comfortable space to retire to at night and the living area and loft were perfect for being together and enjoying each other's company. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with, coffee, dishes, utensils, pots and pans and electronic appliances, which made it easy to prepare meals. Malinda's place was very clean. Every room was spotless and smelled fresh. Each bathroom had fresh linens, shower gel and shampoo and conditioner as well as cotton balls, cotton round and q-tips on each vanity. The home is located in a quiet well maintained neighborhood and is not far from shopping and restaurants. When messaging with Malinda, she was always very prompt in responding and answered in a helpful and friendly way. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Malinda's lovely place and would definitely stay here again for future visits to the Charlotte area.❤️

THIS PLACE WAS PERFECT... ONE OF THE BEST I'VE EVER STAID IN. WYNN RESPONDED IN A TIMELY MATTER. THE PLACE WAS CLEAN AND HAD EVERYTHING I NEEDED. I BOOKED THIS LAST MINUTE AND WAS SO WORRIED SOMETHING WAS GOING TO GO WRONG, BUT IT DIDN'T. THANKS SOOO MUCH WYNN.

As all the reviews share, this is a convenient location to enjoy all that South End has to offer. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a very comfortable bed. Be sure to follow the house instructions and do not lock yourself out of the apartment! I did make that mistake and was very thankful that the host was in town and came to our rescue.

Great place in Charlotte - too many pubs/restaurants to list that are walking distance. The instructions were clear and helpful, the place was clean and bed was comfortable. If we are back in Charlotte we would definitely stay here again!

We are regular visitors to Tree Top Loft and love it every time! Latest stay was for one month and it was wonderful. Kristin takes such care with the property: beautifully decorated, well stocked, so clean. And the unit is very quiet. Can’t wait for our next visit! Thank you Kristin!

Great place to stay in downtown charlotte. Walking distance to many restaurants and lots of things to do. Apartment was very clean and nice inside. Looks exactly like the photos. Would def stay again and would recommend to anyone.

Linda Beth was an excellent host! The place was well decorated, clean and close to restaurants and the lake. She was extremely friendly and was super responsive to all our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is spacious and comfortable - plus a great value for the money. Easy drive access most anywhere in Charlotte, and walking distance for uptown. Eugenie was also accommodating with check-in and date adjustment which was greatly appreciated. As others noted, it is bright in the morning (worth the trade off for the bright space during the day), there is some mild neighbor noise (not super loud) and smells in the hallway, but not at all in the apartment. All as described and even better space/comfort than expected. Definitely recommend.
