Vacation rentals with a patio in NoDa, Charlotte

We had a great stay at Brian and Erica's place. Amazing location and property - especially for the price. Beds were comfy, the lounge and deck were great spots to relax, and my wife loved the freestanding bathtub. Would stay here again for sure.

Solid location for a weekend away with friends. This was very easy and worth the rate.

The apartment was very clean and accommodating. The location was an easy walk to the convention center and also accessible to many of the activities downtown. We even had a parking spot! Communicating with the host was super simple and they responded quickly to our questions.

Absolutely AMAZING! We loved this place! The city views are breathtaking! The entire condo was clean and definitely gives off a home feel. I will for sure be booking this spot if I’m ever staying in Charlotte for a couple nights. Worth every penny! Host was also very nice, very friendly! Responses quickly and accommodates any needs! You can’t ask for a better stay in my opinion… 🤗

This stay was awesome! Quinsia was so responsive and kind whenever we had questions for her. The location was brilliant and the space itself was beautiful and exactly what we needed! It’s an easy walk to bars, food, museums, and we felt safe the whole time! Thanks for a great stay, we will be back!

Excellent host, location, and accommodations. The house was super clean and a great set-up for four people (could be more if couples).

We loved our stay; we felt right at home! The neighborhood was peaceful and easily accessible to many things in the Charlotte area, so we didn’t have to drive far to find entertaining things to do. I had a friend from the area who suggested a lot; fortunately, most things were at most twenty minutes away. The home was cozy, and Brian was quick and responsive to our needs. The code for the door seemed to glitch sometimes, and we would have to try a couple of times before we could get it open, but that might have been a user error instead of an issue with the actual door; it wasn’t enough of a problem to need to reach out or anything. We were happy and felt right at home!

This home was beautiful & had everything we needed and more. It was located in a peaceful neighborhood and close to everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and will try to stay everytime we visit charlotte:)

Exactly as we expected! Great stay. Peaceful, quiet, great local restaurants near by. Hosts were accommodating and responsive.

My stay was great. The home was clean with only minor cosmetic issues. Even though it is a duplex (so you share a wall with the “neighbors”), we could not hear the other guests at all throughout the home. Bria is kind and professional and responds to all questions pretty much immediately. The only thing I did not like about the home is related to the area. There is a train nearby that operates at odd hours. I am a light sleeper, so I was the only one to hear its horn blaring for a few seconds around 2 am and then again at 9:30 am.

Lorena’s home was very comfortable & clean. The pictures didn’t do it justice, much nicer in person! The home had everything that we needed.

Malinda's place was perfect for our 4 generation, family weekend. We each had our own comfortable space to retire to at night and the living area and loft were perfect for being together and enjoying each other's company. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with, coffee, dishes, utensils, pots and pans and electronic appliances, which made it easy to prepare meals. Malinda's place was very clean. Every room was spotless and smelled fresh. Each bathroom had fresh linens, shower gel and shampoo and conditioner as well as cotton balls, cotton round and q-tips on each vanity. The home is located in a quiet well maintained neighborhood and is not far from shopping and restaurants. When messaging with Malinda, she was always very prompt in responding and answered in a helpful and friendly way. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Malinda's lovely place and would definitely stay here again for future visits to the Charlotte area.❤️

We were in Charlotte for me to have major surgery. I am also in a wheelchair. The condo is very wheelchair accessible, wide doorways, room to turn around in bathroom. I ran into one minor problem, the bedroom sides of the bed were not wide enough for my wider wheelchair so i couldn't park right at the head of the bed, we made the foot of the bed the head for our stay and it worked out great. Everything else was great. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place in Charlotte - too many pubs/restaurants to list that are walking distance. The instructions were clear and helpful, the place was clean and bed was comfortable. If we are back in Charlotte we would definitely stay here again!

This is an incredible Airbnb. Right near downtown and yet leafy, peaceful. It’s the best condo in the building with views out 3 sides. The decor is really well done and not a single amenity or special touch is missing. Perfection is lots of little things done well! Will stay again.

Edward's place was amazing. I secured it on short notice and Edward incredibly accommodating. The beds were incredible and the layout perfect for relaxing. i would definitely go back.

Where do I even begin, first the communication between Sylena & I was amazing! Any questions I had were answered both professionally & promptly. I’ve been to multiple airbnbs before but never have i ever been to an airbnb that felt exactly like home, and never have I ever had such a wonderful interaction with a host the way I did with Sylena. She was sympathetic towards me and my family wanting a late check out, and allowed us to do so. She also made sure anything that we needed, we had. The location was convenient about 8 minutes from uptown and it was surrounded by many food places. I will definitely be booking with Sylena again, 1000/10 recommended. It would be selfish of me not to share how amazing my experience was.. however; it’s first come first serve lol so not everybody run at once, but RUN AND BOOK WITH WITH HER NOW!! :)
