Kaakilan Helmi is a high-class cottage completed in 2018. In the cottage, you can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, whether you're on vacation, on a business trip, or otherwise just passing by. The cottage is located about 40km west of the E75 road and on the way north we are about half way to Finland and the link to Haapajärvi does not extend your trip much. From the large windows and terrace of the cottage, the landscape opens directly to the lake from the living room, bedroom, and sauna. From the sauna, you'll dip right into the lake to cool off.

Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay, on the banks of the small Setti River. Dedicated beach, not suitable for small children. A short trip to the beach of Oksava. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (double bed, bunk bed), kitchen and toilet. Downstairs living room (sofa bed), bathroom and sauna. High chair can be found. A small house with amenities and a yard sauna with a lot embedded in the terrace. Free use of the yard sauna, with an additional fee of 40€ . Final cleaning separately available for purchase €20.

Two double beds and two single beds. The cottage has a sauna heated by trees, there is a lot in connection with the lakeside sauna. A lot is included in the weekly rental price, on weekends for an additional price. A well-stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, a summer kitchen has a fireplace, a wood stove, and a gas burner for the wall bottom pan.

The lake is shallow and sandy, where it is safe for children to swim. There is a small summer sauna near the beach, where you can warm up while swimming. There are swimming mats and summer games for children.

The cabin has a renovated air-source heat pump, a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, and a water heater for domestic hot water. Sauna, shower, and water toilet and fireplace room in the outbuilding. There is also a small patio outside as well as a firepit. The village of Lestijärvi is about 15km away, about 20km to Kinnula.
