Kaakilan Helmi is a high-class cottage completed in 2018. In the cottage, you can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, whether you're on vacation, on a business trip, or otherwise just passing by. The cottage is located about 40km west of the E75 road and on the way north we are about half way to Finland and the link to Haapajärvi does not extend your trip much. From the large windows and terrace of the cottage, the landscape opens directly to the lake from the living room, bedroom, and sauna. From the sauna, you'll dip right into the lake to cool off.

This lovely studio offers a peaceful setting for a one-night stop or a longer stay. The room has a so-called dry kitchen, which has a kettle & coffee maker and a microwave. The guest also has access to the shared kitchen on the lower floor, which is better equipped. The room has its own toilet and shower and the basement sauna facilities are also available. The forest trail starts right from the yard and on the other side of the road is the clean-watered Pyhäjärvi. The building hosts Hymyjooga yoga classes and sound bowl relaxation.

Guests can use the outdoor sauna, either by heating it themselves or we can arrange when the sauna would be ready. The sauna is included in the accommodation price. Steep stairs to the attic. Toilet and shower are located in the attic. Free parking and an outdoor socket allow you to heat your car in freezing weather

Extra mattresses are also available for children. Space to move and play in the yard. In the common areas, there is the possibility of using the kitchen and washing machine.

The lake is shallow and sandy, where it is safe for children to swim. There is a small summer sauna near the beach, where you can warm up while swimming. There are swimming mats and summer games for children.

Our cottage is suitable for one or few night stay. There are 3 rooms for sleeping and in the living room there is a office corner. Our family uses this cottage very often so there is basic household appliance as well as some spices, salt, rice, flours etc. which you may use. Principle in renting this cottage is that everyone makes their own bed and cleans their own mess. Please take your own linens with you. You may also rent our linens for extra cost of 5 €/person.

Idyllic cabin in Lestijärvi, with a gently sloping shore and excellent fishing waters right in front of the cabin! The cabin has a renovated air-source heat pump, a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, and a water heater for domestic hot water. Sauna, shower, and water toilet and fireplace room in the outbuilding. There is also a small patio outside as well as a firepit. The village of Lestijärvi is about 15km away, about 20km to Kinnula.
