The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

My little house is an affordable place to stay with an ideal location. Turn off and find the accommodation at the back of my house. A private wooden deck around the house provides a nice patio and if you feel like barbecuing, everything you need is available. What do you want to visit? Österlen? Copenhagen? Lund? Malmö? Hven? The accommodation is 800 meters from the train station, a ten-minute walk from the golf course and 250 meters from the ICA store with generous opening hours. The tiled bathroom comes with a shower and toilet, fridge and microwave, of course.

The balcony and bedroom overlook the Øresund and the forest. Steep staircase to the first floor where the bedroom is located as well as desk and cabinet/dresser. There are 2 labrador dogs in the main house and dogs may be brought but the stairs are not dog or toddler friendly. Beach, forest, harbor, shopping, restaurants, bus and station within walking distance.

Skåneleden passes outside the window and leads to restaurants, swimming, golf course and Landskrona city center. You will stay in a nice newly renovated room with a small kitchen and private bathroom. In the room, there is a comfortable double bed and, if necessary, access to a guest bed for a larger child and a travel bed for a smaller child.

A self-built and lovely Tinyhouse in our garden, in a quiet residential area. Free parking and WiFi. Access to playground in our garden if desired. There is outdoor furniture and the possibility to barbecue. There is also an electric car charger that can be borrowed for a fee. Five minutes' walking distance to both store and pizzeria. 7 minutes from the E6 highway. About 10 km to the nearest city, Landskrona, where there are nice swimming areas, shopping and much more.

The cottage is just right for two people, the bed is a comfortable double bed of 180x200cm. In the small kitchenette, you can cook simple dishes on two hobs and a microwave. The patio has a lounge area as well as a dining area and barbecue. Parking for two cars. If you want to fish, the place is ideal for sea trout fishing.
