The cottage ‘Lichtberg 2’ is the smaller of the two neighbouring organic houses (see also ‘Lichtberg 1’). It is enchantingly secluded in the garden and by the field - and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway) and has been renovated with high-quality materials in line with building biology. Central and cozy mini studio, located at the ground floor of a renovated house, very close to the city center(5 min by car, 15 min by foot and 8 min by bus) but as well to Kirchberg(5min by car, 15 min by foot and 7 min by bus) The studio fits the need of a short stay either for a business trip or a visit. Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. The spacious house in Losheim am See invites you to relax. It has been totally renovated in 2016. Existing elements have been carefully complemented by new furnishings.
