The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Waterfront house

This old renovated house, originally built for the workers of the Moutot factory (a 19th-century cement factory) awaits you by the banks of the Serein River, with its feet in the water. The living space is located on the first floor, accessible from the courtyard via a staircase, and from the garden through the terrace overlooking the river. This place is a haven of nature in a very peaceful environment. 5-minute drive from Noyers-sur-Serein, one of the most beautiful villages in France.

Located in a very quiet place, it is the ideal place to come and go "green". 2 hours from Paris, the Val de Malon is the ideal starting point for visiting Burgundy: 25 minutes from Vezelay, Chablis, 15 minutes from Noyers-sur-Serein, 1 hour from Beaune and the Grands Crus region. The "Cottage du Val" can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children (+ crib) in great comfort.
