Dista 13 minuti a piedi dai traghetti,ottimo anche per soggiorni veloci nel periodo invernale.

It was so perfect in all aspects of what I consider to be the best, the most beautiful vacation time inside the home and with the beautiful outside surroundings that I plan to come back. The quiet location with a stunning Sea-and-Mountain-Views from every room in this spacious, tastefully furnished apartment was extraordinary. Donatella communicated very promptly to any thing in writing and her daughter-in law and her son responded by delivering whatever needed to be done. I am also extremely grateful that I was picked up and taken back to the ferry. I have fallen in love with Portoferraio and “my vacation home”, especially the quiet, calming views, the best snorkeling beach in less than a 10 minute walk, my favorite Gelato place, and the amazing walk along the medieval wall up to the historic old town with sites and great restaurants. I did not rent a car, but I would next time because there are other diverse nature places worth exploring. Gracie mille!!! Until I will see you again!

Un meraviglioso soggiorno. Giugno mese ideale per soggiornare all'Elba, in quanto non troppo affollato.Casa ideale per due persone. Vista splendida dal terrazzino, dotato di tavolino e sedie. Possibilità di fare colazione e cena sul terrazzino godendosi splendidi tramonti e il canto degli uccellini. L'unica pecca il divano letto con materasso sottile e a molle che risulta scomodo per persone anziane o molto pesanti.Facilita' nel raggiungere in circa 20 minuti di auto tutte le spiagge più belle dell'Elba: Sansone, le Sorgenti, l'innamorata, Fetovaia, Cavoli, Le Ghiaie. Bagnaia è molto carina, con un bel parco giochi per i bambini, area relax comunale, supermarket e ristoranti e diversi bar. Porticciolo carino con possibilità di affitto vari tipi di natanti.A 10 minuti di auto Portoferraio con molti supermercati e ogni genere di merce.

Wir haben die Woche in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. es war sehr ruhig gelegen. der Naturstrand ist 10 sekunden entfernt und lädt zum Entspannen und auch Wassersport ein. Luigi war immer ansprechbar und freundlich. Er ist auch proaktiv und doch zurückhaltend auf uns zu gekommen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sehr sauber und das Café bzw. Restaurant nebenan, war immer stets freundlich und eine willkommene Abwechslung. Die Küche ist nicht vollständig ausgestattet, aber für die notwendigen Urlaubskochereien vollkommen ausreichend. wichtig noch hinzuzufügen. in der Unterkunft gibt es genug Strandliegen, sonnenschirme, Strandstühle und auch Boote zum nutzen.

This is a really magical place. The view, the atmosphere etc. everything very special. I haven’t slept so well in a long while, such a calming and restoring energy. Amazing also for kids to play safely in the castle. We will come back for sure! Thank you for the great stay.

We had a great time in Nisporto. We were four people and had plenty of space on in the two bedrooms and terrace. The pullout couch was more than comfortable for our ten day stay. The pool is right in front of the terrace and the beach a 3 min walk. We always found free sunbeds at the pool, and was able to rent sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach, which also had a small bar. The area is quiet and there is not much to do in Nisporto, which was perfect for us. We rented towels from our host, which were delivered to us on arrival. Our host was very responsive and helpful. A great place for a relaxing vacation.

Nicoletta è una persona squisita, disponibile, premurosa, attenta e precisa L’appartamento è davvero incantevole e confortevole, posizione centrale e facilmente raggiungibile. Conoscevo già Rio ma grazie a Nicoletta ne ho scoperto ulteriori fantastici dettagli tanto da apprezzare ulteriormente tutta l’isola!!!! Consiglio vivamente un soggiorno a casa da Nicoletta, se si cerca pace e tranquillità sarete nel posto giusto e vi sentirete a casa appena varcata la porta! Grazie Nicoletta!

es war alles wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Nach der ersten Woche Aufenthalt haben wir sogar frische und neue Bettlaken und Handtücher bekommen. Gloria hat uns mit allen Anfragen geholfen. Es war super und wir werden sehr gerne erneut diese Unterkunft buchen. Aussicht war ein Traum.
