Vacation rentals with a home theater in Nishinari Ward

Akari san : Our stay in your lovely home was wonderful in every way. We encounter a place with a lot of thought to the guest from cleanliness, brightness to tea and coffee . The location is close to the train station, restaurants and a wonderful supermarket with everything we needed and more.

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay at Yuuki’s place. It was exactly as described and the location couldn’t have been better. Yuuki’s place is close to restaurants, supermarket and convenience store but still in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay.

일본 여행을 처음왔는데, 매우 만족스러운 여행이 되었습니다. 숙소는 흠잡을 곳이 없을정도로 남자친구와 둘이 지내기에는 충분했고, 완벽한 것중에도 약~간 불편했던 점을 뽑자면 엘레베이터가 생각보다 많이 좁다..였지만 리뷰를 보고 이미 알고갔기 때문에 괜찮았습니다! 추가로 일정 도중에 어딜 긁힌건지 날카로운 것 때문에 다친걸 숙소에 와서야 확인했는데 응급키트도 있어서 다행히 적절히 처치할 수 있었습니다! 이런 점 하나하나에서 호스트분이 되게 세심하다고 느꼈습니당! 콘센트도 부족하거나 위치가 안좋으면 어쩌지 생각했지만 침대 머리 위에도 각 콘센트가 있어서 휴대폰 충전하는데에는 무리가 없었습니다! 다시 오사카 여행을 오게된다면 또 이용하고싶습니다~!!

Great location Very clean

The place is literally at the train station, it was amazing. The food and attractions that were walkable were great too.

The location is good, easy to go to the train station. There is a storage area for us to keep our luggage before check in which is convenient and useful for us. The room is spacious and clean, well equipped and matches the description and photos on Airbnb. We can open two big luggage and do packing easily. My 4 yo son has enjoyed watching YouTube videos with the big projecting screen. It’s worth to stay.

The entrance was very small. I could not spotted it easily. There were 2 sets of buttons in the building and somehow I saw the one meant for other things (I don't know what) so ofc it didn't work. A flight of very narrow stairs, glad we got the 2nd floor. Place no problem, all well maintained. The area near dottonbori, but apparently a few blocks away was a red district. Owner communicated very well and instructions were clear

梅田や難波へのアクセスがしやすい立地でありながらも、宿の周辺はとても静かでゆっくり滞在を楽しむことができました。 最寄り駅前にショッピングモールがあるので、宿に戻るついでに買い出しができたのもありがたかったです。 ホストの方は返信が早く、スムーズにやり取りができたのもとても助かりました！

This is the best airbnb I have ever stayed. We stayed here as a group of 8. The house was very spacious, clean with all essential ameties and with tradional Japanese items. It's also great for youngsters with lot of things for entertainment. The host is very quick to respond and gave very clear instructions and guidance. Loved staying here. Very highly recommended.

If this were a hotel, I would give it 6 stars! The host has thought of everything needed for her guests. The appliances are state of the art, the beds were very comfortable and the location so easy to access the train station. I have stayed in many air bnbs and this is one of the best! We had fun playing Mario kart, enjoyed the free sake and had a relaxing soak in the tub. There are curling irons, flat irons and hair dryers in each shower. It was very roomy for our family of 4 and could accommodate many more guests. I regret not having more time to stay longer to enjoy the home. If you’re staying in Osaka, book this place!

Erina was super easy to deal with and when we asked for an extra night it was seamless. The place is a good size and comfortable. Close to train station and mart. Would recommend and stay again.

It was a wonderful house to stay in if you are going with families or numerous number of people. The location was close to nearest subway and a lot of minimarket and big supermarket that open 24hr nearby. The house was very clean and spacious, you just need to bring yourself and luggage and you can find anything you need just like at your own house

Loved staying at Tomoki’s place for the first leg of our Japan trip. It was nice coming home to a quiet neighbourhood after walking through massive crowds in the city core. There are also great restaurants to discover nearby if you walk around the area and not depend on Google maps. Thank you Tomoki for letting us stay here! Would love to come back next time we’re in Osaka.

今回、大阪万博とUSJを回るため2日間の宿泊で延べ3日間利用させて頂きました。車での移動でしたが、万博とUSJ へのアクセスがとても良く夜遅くまで遊んで帰りに夕飯をスーパーで仕入れるといった流れで楽しく乗り切れました。部屋も念入りに掃除されている印象でとても良かったです。基本的な日用品も揃えて頂いているので安心でした。ただ、建物自体は年数が経っているためかハウスダスト等に過敏な方は厳しいのかもしれませんがそうでなければ問題は無いと思います。駐車場の前の通りが狭いですがアルファード等の大型(停めれないわけではない)でなければ大丈夫です。近隣も静かで眠れないという心配はありません。車での移動の方でしたらオススメだと思います。

赤ちゃん連れ、計10人で宿泊しました。 ベッドの数、部屋の数がちょうどよく、バスルームとトイレも2つずつあったので快適でした。 また駅から出てすぐの場所だったのもとてもよかったです！駅の近くにはコンビニ、ドラッグストア、ドンキもあり便利でした。 また大阪に行く機会があれば宿泊したいです。

Fabulous option for families looking to explore Osaka. The expo is easy to reach via Nishikujo/Bentencho, as is USJ and central Osaka. The loft play area and projector made it especially nice for the kids. The house is spotlessly clean with plenty of space. It’s also accessible by road which was helpful for us when we rented a car. Lovely place that’s highly recommended!
