The room is very clean, full of content, even equipped with condiments, laundry detergent, always one of them.Fridge is available for freezing and beverages.The only shortage is that it is not very soundproof to go up and down the stairs, it is a little moving, it is nice to be polite in the guests, and it is quiet to go up and down the stairs without talking loudly.Then there is the occasional sound of the alarm, but it is not loud and does not affect the rest.

The location is excellent — there are three major convenience stores nearby, and it’s also very close to the train station and a supermarket. Although the house only has a washing machine and no dryer, there’s a coin laundry nearby where you can dry your clothes, which is very convenient. The house itself is spacious and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling with family or friends.

lovely traditional place in a nice neighborhood with plenty bars, restaurants and shopping. handy for the metro station too. comfy base for exploring Osaka.

My wife and I have stayed at this house a number of times now, and have booked another stay in 6 months time. The house is always clean, comfortable and spacious ( for 2 people, remembering this is Japan ). The location is handy to a supermarket, restaurants and cafes as well as being a 10 minute walk to Juso Hankyu train station, which services Kyoto and Kobe, as well as being a 5 minute ride to the middle of Osaka. All in all it is a great place to stay if you want to explore the Kansai Region.

We had a very good time at Rie’s place. The house is beautiful and peaceful and has all the amenities available. There are 2 restaurants within one minute walk and two 7-Eleven within two-minute walk. Shimo-Shinjō Station is right there too connecting us to all major spots in Osaka.

It was a really great stay at Jing’s house. Jing is very fast respond. This was my first time trip to Japan and especially Osaka. Yet we welcomed with this high standard airbnb. The details were thoughtfully curated especially when i mentioned i will bring my toddler. Really feels as it was my second home. I have everything i need like it was at home. All was perfect. Well except the stairs were a bit narrow. Everything was squeaky clean, detailed instructions, complete tools for definitely everything i need for a stay. Over all, i will give 10 stars to Jing if i can. Will recommend this to others. Thanks Jing!

This beautiful home is situated in a peaceful and cute neighbourhood. We could sleep with open windows. The alleys and little shops are worthwhile exploring. The walls are thin but the neighbourhood is very quiet. It is a short walk from the Nakazakicho metro station which gets you everywhere you need to go. The kitchen utensils are perfect if you want to cook. I appreciated the outdoor hanging space to dry clothes and towels. Was perfect for our family of four.

Beautiful Airbnb in a quieter area but with great links into the city center. There's a great Udon noodle place just down the street and a few nice cafes. The home itself is stunning and the boat was always friendly and responsive

Nice Japanese house with quiet surroundings, two stations nearby, about three minutes on foot, about ten minutes away, convenience stores are convenient next to them.The interior of the house is very clean, fully equipped, and has a classic atmosphere, the host also prepared some small casual props, and the stay is very comfortable.

It is quiet at night and we slept well. There is a large supermarket and several small ones nearby. The metro is nearby. Two floors at your disposal. We liked everything.
