The sauna and cottage were both beautiful and comfortable!The bedding was fluffy and I slept soundly! I want to use it again!

Anyway, it's fully equipped. Everything is sparkling clean. It is good because it has a high fence as a private space. I'll use it again.

All of the best! Definitely recommend to group or family stay. The public place is awesome. It’s close to snow park and Arima Onsen, AND THEY SERVE TRANSPORTATION! We met bad weather this winter and the cable and bus was stopped, no taxi response,barely can’t get down the mountain. Thanks for the staff. We are planning another stay this summer now~

Wow! We had a wonderful stay, and the place was beautiful! We were travelling as a family of four and the property had loads of space, was very well equipped and had spectacular views over Kobe. The property management team were amazing and went above and beyond to ensure that we had nothing less than an amazing stay. We will definitely return to Ren-Est when we return to Japan again. Highly recommend!

I’ve stayed in 20–30 different places in Japan and Kinta’s place is one of the few that truly stands out as a unique experience. The layout might not be roomiest but it is well thought out. Everything from the rooms to the lobby is efficient. It’s just a 2-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, which connects you to all parts of Kyoto. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with the occasional sound of dogs barking, but nothing disruptive to me. The location strikes a perfect balance: it’s away from the busy tourist areas, yet still close enough to walk to key spots. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it very practical for travelers. Kinta’s place offers exceptional value for the price. Koda and Yumiko are incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful hosts. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Kyoto.

It was a great guesthouse. My family of 3 generations used it, but it was just good things like a relaxing environment and cleanliness. As soon as I asked questions, I felt that it was a place where I could use it with peace of mind. I want to use it again when I go to Arima.

We loved the creativity with which Yoshimi decorated the place. The house is lovely and Yoshimi too. She welcomed us like friends and picked us up from the station. Also the nearby temple is gorgeous and the cable car to the place so cute. If you want to visit Nara, but don't want to stay between al the other tourist, you should come here.

We would 100% recommend this place! Very clean and similar to the photos, and the owner is extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with! If we come back to Osaka, we will stay there again.

It was very clean and comfortable to use.The BBQ was also ready to be started right away, and it was fully equipped with wraps and kitchen paper, so it was a convenient stay.

This facility was very satisfying in terms of both comfort and hospitality! The staff in particular were great, and from check-in to check-out, they consistently provided polite and warm service! They were very helpful with even the smallest questions, and their thoughtfulness made the stay even more comfortable!!! The facilities in the building were clean and tidy, and I felt that attention was paid to every detail.I had a comfortable stay and was impressed by the sense of security, as if I were at home. I strongly felt that I would like many people to experience a facility that provides such wonderful service.I'd love to stay again if I get the chance!

10 out of 5 stars...wow! Out of bounds customer service!!! The property was amazing, peaceful, and sureal. The hosts were so accommodating and made us feel right at home. We highly recommend Ren-Est to anyone who wants a nice, relaxing stay in the mountains of central Japan. We will be back!
