Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Nishiikebukuro

Booked this place for a week stay with a group of 5. Check in was quick and easy, the house looks exactly like the photos and was extremely clean. Plenty of space and a walkable distance to local combinis and train station. Host was quick to respond to any questions. I would absolutely recommend a stay!

Staying at this Airbnb was a wonderful experience. It was easily walkable from the closest station. The place is nice and clean and had a lot of room. The beds were comfortable and there were enough amenities that made the stay comfortable and easy. The host was incredibly kind and helpful and very responsive. Overall would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here as a family of 2 adults, 2 teenagers. It’s a lovely apartment and had everything we needed, all in perfect condition. It was good to have the separate bedroom. The apartment is located a bit out of the centre so was quiet and we travelled by metro everywhere we wanted to go, but it has 2 stations in easy walking distance. Yasuko is a great host - really friendly and helpful and provided nice welcoming touches on arrival. Thank you Yasuko - it was a great end to our trip to Japan.

We arrived really early and needed to leave our luggage at airbnb before our check in time and our host was very accommodating.

Thank you so much for having us. It was really convenient taking the subway to Shiinamachi or walking to Ikebukuro. The place was clean and easy to use.

The place is great, it is a house with 3 bedrooms, 2 subway stations very close which makes it very easy to get around the city, konbini very close too, the space of the place is quite enough since it is a house, we were 3 people, each with 2 large suitcases and we had a lot of space, if I go back to Tokyo I would definitely stay here again.

Emi was a wonderful host and this airbnb was at the quiet end of a strip of small bars and restaurants, close to the Koenji train station. Occasional train noise, but not loud enough to disturb sleep in the comfy beds. My daughter enjoyed the cute anime themed bedroom behind the kitchen, which had many appliances. My son appreciated the Nintendo switch! Laundry had a washer and dryer, thanks for the clear instructions in English on how to use everything Emi, and for providing everything that was on the airbnb listing. We would be happy to stay again, and hope to in the future.

Wonderful hosts! I cannot say that enough. We were picked up and dropped off at the station coming from Narita. The house is just as you see in the photos and everything is well taken care of. Whenever we had concerns or questions, there we had a response. For a big trip internationally, the recommendations were well received and the hosts helped us with travel and figuring out where to get on the train and how to get around. Facilities inside were great. Air conditioning with fans. Washer was available to use. Just a notice for potential lookers. I guess you could say we were in the 'suburbs' of Tokyo. Travel is a little longer than usual by train but we adapted well and planned around that. There are stairs up to the main floor. A little narrow, so if you are okay with that, then this is a great place to stay. Just make sure you follow house rules and you will have a great time. I have no real negatives to say.

The Airbnb was wonderful, a good amount of space and all the amenities needed. The host was very friendly and happy to help out with any requests we had and had recommendations for things to do/buy while there. It was perfect for a longer term stay with all necessities nearby and a good yakitori restaurant downstairs

Everything was great during our stay. The only thing is that it is on the fourth floor with no elevators so it is a little hassle when arriving and departing with luggage and there is no iron. Also, It is about 30 minutes from downtown Tokyo so transportation was a little expensive Other than that, a flawless stay and would recommend for small group traveling to Tokyo.

the location was amazing! it had everything we needed from conbinis to restaurants to a dryer. it is not far to walk to the station as well. the place is quite small actually but it fits 2 people. won’t be able to open 2 huge luggages at once though.

Place is easy to access, very nice and comfort beds, spacey easy for 5 people to walking around. Near to station of Skytree and asakutsa, beautiful surrounding... alot of park, and next to sumida rivers... Skytree tower is on the sight, nice view on the night.

Masami was amazing! From the booking process to the stay, she was extremely communicative and responsive. Her guides in the home was thorough and left me feeling confident when navigating appliances in a difference language. The location was also very convenient. I would definitely recommend Masami!

Jang was very responsive. Location was wonderful with shops and restaurants right outside of property.

The home was cozy and clean and had everything we needed. It was in a peaceful and quiet location but still walking distance to the train and very good coffee. Really enjoyed the relaxing stay here!

As mentioned in other reviews it was a very tidy and appropriate airbnb for travels around Shinjuku. The bed was also extremely comfortable

Very good location, walking distance to "Otsuka" station. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Quiet neighborhood. Phoenix is always very responsive, very understanding and kind. 2 spacious bedrooms, a balcony with washing machine. There is a closet for each bedroom. Umbrellas are available. I'm having a little problem with the washing machine and I reported this problem to Phoenix. He reacted quickly. I recommend it.

I was very satisfied with this stay, the room was clean, fully equipped, and comfortable to stay in.The location is also convenient, you can walk to the subway station in 5 minutes, and there is a supermarket nearby (about 2 minutes walk) and the living function is good.About 10 minutes on foot you can also go to life supermarket near the skytree, which is easy to pick up.Responding to messages was also quick, reassuring, and overall a great stay, and a chance to want to stay again afterwards!

It was a busy time, so it was great to have a quick response about uncertainty.In addition, the location of the guide was very easy to understand, and I was able to use it with peace of mind.

Eric's place was exactly as described. We knew that the kitchen was not fully equipped which suited us as we intended to avail ourselves of the kombini or restaurants. Early risers in need of coffee may want to bring their own portable brewing devices. There is an electric kettle. McDonald's closeby opens at 7, or there is bottled coffee available at the kombini (Lawson's for example) which can be microwaved. We used the delivery service Wolt, too. The laundry facilities are on the balcony outside the apartment and there is no dryer. Clothes dried very quickly when hung up. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, offering to foreigners perhaps a more authentic experience of Japan. Those travelers with heavy luggage should know that there are two flights of steep stairs. Either write down the address for taxi drivers or learn to say the address in Japanese. Thanks, Eric.

The accommodation was clean, and I was so satisfied that I felt at home when I went into the accommodation after playing until late. Most of all, I think the host was a kind and pleasant person, so I was able to rest with a more comfortable feeling. If you have an acquaintance with a family visiting Tokyo, I would definitely recommend it.

Hitomi took amazing care of me and my daughter while we were her guests! She sent us a detailed list of recommendations for the neighborhood including kid-friendly highlights. When my daughter needed to go to the doctor, she sent a list of clinics. She also helped me ship some luggage to make my train trip easier. She was an incredible host, always going above and beyond.
