Perfect location. JR station and local station nearby. The ocean is right there, beautiful breezes and views from the balcony. Suma is an local beach with local charm. Super relaxed vibe with a windsurfing shop nextdoor. Seaworld and parks nearby. The apartment itself is chill and warm. So nice, I loved being there and felt the ocean atmosphere. Was such a refreshing trip. Thank you Motohisa!

The apartment had everything I needed for my week long stay. Very clean, and in a quite neighborhood. Coin laundry right next to the apartment complex was very convenient, same goes for convenience stores. Very close to the Shin Kobe JR station, as well as the bus stop. Kobe port and places to eat near Sannomiya were within walking distance. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Kobe.

I had a wonderful stay at Yuuko’s place in Moriguchi! Before my arrival, she sent detailed instructions on navigating the rail system, which made getting to the unit from the airport smooth and stress-free. The apartment was spotless upon arrival and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Its location is just a short walk from Takii Station, making it easy to explore Osaka and the surrounding areas. Yuuko was a kind and attentive host—always helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka!

This place felt so much like home. The owner opened up their house to us, providing everything for our use, kitchen appliances, utensils, cutlery, whatever you needed you could find. There were sufficient towels and toiletries in the bathroom. The house was spacious and had more than sufficient space for all of us to walk around the 2 luggage opened on the floor. The beds were comfortable. Location wise it is within a safe neighbourhood with an outdoor playground in the park nearby. It is at least half an hour drive from the main areas of Kobe. 2 concerns to take note: 1. If you have luggage and are driving, it is best to unload them at the front door so they could be dragged up the ramp and into the house. Drive to the garage after unloading. Access from the garage to the house is by a narrow flight of stairs that is not conducive to carry luggage. 2. there is a train track in close proximity to the lodging. So train sounds are within earshot. But it didn’t affect our sleep.
