A clean and nicely renovated apartment. Everything matches the description, the kitchen has everything you need, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is perfect. Keep in mind that the apartment opens directly onto a busy road (although it wasn’t an issue at night), and there’s free parking available across the street. Lazar was a great and flexible host. I can definitely recommend this place for stopovers if Niš is a waypoint on your journey. However, if you’re planning to explore the city, be aware that the apartment is far from the center and main walking areas.

It is in the center which is great! The location is on the second floor of a mall which we didn't know at first. The actual place has two floors with the bedroom and ac on the second floor so we had to keep the ac on the whole time. Parking was confusing at first but you just park on the street and pay 600 rsd for the whole day on an app (there's signs).

Miloš was a great host. Our communication was smooth and easy. We had a great time! His place has everything you need. It is just like the photos. There is enough free parking in this area. Miloš was flexible and gave us longer check-out time. Thank you, Miloš! We are happy with our stay :)

Nastasja has been an incredible host - friendly and always willing to help. She went above and beyond to ensure a peaceful experience, which i'm endlessly thankful for. The apartment itself was tidy, luminous, clean, cozy... From kitchen utensils to bathroom and bedroom equipment, I had everything needed for more than a week. The markets and bus stops nearby were highly appreciated as well. Impatient to be back!

Great place at the heart of the city. All the sights are within walking distance. Some very good restaurants in the area. The host - Jelena, was very friendly and responsive. She made sure we had a good parking space which was pretty important since the location is so central.
