Host ok house ok But the Reception ? I wait for more than half an hour to check in to the front room very unprofessional and the delay must not have been trained to this place is not the style of the 5-star staff

This is the most beautiful house I have seen in my two years of living in Vietnam! Clean, cozy, lots of flowers, and very high ceilings. The hosts were very hospitable, and I felt cared for during my entire stay. They helped me solve all the problems, told me about the most interesting places in the city and the outskirts, and shared events happening in the city during my visit. I really enjoyed it! I will definitely return to Phan Rang again and will be happy to stay here once more.

We love everything about EcoChi homestay. The house, the garden, little puppies, the food, the lovely hosts. It’s a true Vietnamese country-side home, simple yet cozy. I enjoyed the smell of good food, tasty fruits and amazing fresh air all day long. Ninh Chu beach is 20’ drive. We also enjoyed yummy homemade breakfast, lunch and diner by the hosts. You don’t have to worry about anything because Trang and her husband are around to help you. Highly recommend!

The place is fantastic—clean rooms, a comfortable bed, and excellent price-to-quality value. On top of that, you get your very own "Vietnamese helper," the homestay owner, Mai. She takes care of everything, from recommending restaurants and arranging scooters to organizing transportation for your next trip. She’s such a lovely and caring person. I will truly miss this place and Mai's warmth. I wholeheartedly recommend this homestay to anyone, especially kite surfers—it’s perfect for you! Her apartment is really nice, and elegant everything was clean and perfect, I had a great time here really good location, many utilities around, and can walk around Will be back in the future

The accommodation is Arena Light, right behind the Arena Resort. It is behind the resort, so if you ask the taxi drivers to go to the arena, they will drop you off at the resort. When you enter the entrance of the complex, you can see the light right away, and you can get off there. If you arrive by night plane and want to save travel time and money, it is the best location and the best facility. There is also a swimming pool, and there is a restaurant on foot. There is also a massage shop, so please note. The facility is the same as the photos ^ ^ I had a good rest before heading out.
