A built in BBQ, tennis court, trampoline and a shared outside swimming pool. The swimming pool is open and heated from May 1st to September 30th. The swimming pool remains open for guests without heating until October 15th. Outside patio area with a fantastic day bed.

It's our family home and we love it because it's amazingly quiet yet convenient: just minutes from a variety of public transport, restaurants, shops, local theatres, cinemas and the West End with Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park and Holland Park all just a short walk away.

Sophie is especially pro active and communicative. What made the home particularly special was that is was an artful, lived in, and a loved place for us to truly call home during our stay in East London. We were pleasantly surprised to find more than the generic accents that typically adorn the public view in most AirBNB’s. The home is a real home clearly thought out to complement and facilitate happy living. We spent most of our time in the large comfortable kitchen given the abundance of natural light, comfortable banquet seating and view of the garden and often gravitating to the wonderful collage of family photos. This artful presentation added warmth and sense of family; exactly what the purposes of our visit was about. It was like we were staying with family.

We stayed at Anne’s home for a few days between Christmas and New Year’s. The house was a perfect fit for our party of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids). We all had plenty of space and the home was a great place to relax between visits to the city. The location was great and it is an easy commute from London. Anne is an excellent host and very communicative with her guests. She provided excellent restaurant recommendations and even arranged for a babysitter for our children so we could enjoy an evening out. We had a great stay in London with an excellent home base. Thank you, Anne!

The apartment is very nice, as described, and everything went very well. Florence received us very kindly and helpfully. The house accommodated everyone perfectly, including many toys for the child. the location is very good, in a nice neighborhood and close to the metro. It is an accommodation that I would certainly recommend and that I will return if I have another opportunity.

We had a great stay over and Sam was an excellent host in our stopover in London over New Years’. He was extremely responsive before and during our stay; proactive in letting us know about little quirks with the home - it is over 250 year’s old, but has many charming and modern amenities to make it work. The kitchen was well set up and he left us with a few very thoughtful provisions to get through the New Years. The neighborhood really can’t be beat for activity while staying out of the bustle of the heart of London; many great restaurants, shops (if you have kids, I recommend Flying Tiger throughout Europe for fun stuff - one is an 8 minute walk away), and groceries. Transportation is right outside the door. Sam’s home made an excellent home base for our stay in London, much better than staying in a hotel.

Our family enjoyed our stay immensely at Felicity's home. The layout is terrific for a group with a central gathering area and privacy in the bedrooms. Floor to ceiling windows look out to the gorgeous back yard. My only regret is that we visited in the winter and weren't able to enjoy the secluded yard. The kitchen is well designed and well stocked for a serious cook. The furnishings and artwork give a feeling of individuality and warmth to the home. We were able to call taxis and ubers easily and the tube was a ten minute walk away. We managed to see all kinds of attractions during our stay after which we could retreat to the quiet and relaxing home. Felicity was always available to address any concerns and also regularly checked on our welfare. Upon arrival, we were greeting by a relative who showed us the place and gave advice for our stay. Anyone is lucky to stay at such a fabulous home!
