There is a supermarket, bakery and restaurant nearby. Guests can use the tennis court for free and the public indoor swimming pool nearby for an additional fee.

Stan se nalazi u centru grada u blizini Filozofskog fakulteta. U citavoj zgradi vlada tisina pa je stan veoma prikladan za odmor. U stanu je veoma prijatna temperatura u ljetnjem periodu da se klima gotovo i ne mora koristiti. U neposrednoj blizini se nalazi market Idea i pekara Student. It has nice garden and it's quite and peaceful place. There is market and restaurant very near from house (5 min walking distance)
