Cosy apartment tucked on the downtown outskirts, right on the spot of peace and convenience! The place is perfect for people who plan to have everything they need on a walkable distance (city centre is less than a 10min walk away, while the shops, restaurants, markets are located around the building), who plan to use their car solely for going around Nikšić or across Montenegro. Ivan was actively responsive, very communicative, friendly, a great local companion! We found the apartment in a pristine state, slept like babies, perfect for a one-night-stay. Definitely worth having this catch in mind.

It's been a wonderful holiday, and a great stay in the apartment. Everything met our expectations, and there were no shortcomings. Communication with Vladimir was great! He was quick to respond, and overall a great host. Thank you Vladimir!

We really enjoyed staying here; we loved the apartment and the beach. The beach was very close, just a couple of meters away, and you could easily find spots to lay out your towel and enjoy the beautiful view and swimming. Unfortunately, we got very sick in the last couple of days due to food poisoning. We asked Slobodan for advice on the best medicine to buy. He immediately responded that he would bring us medicine and some food that we could eat during this time. He also helped us with every problem we encountered. I can really recommend staying here.

In my opinion the best place to stay in Niksic. Private parking, many shops and restaurants nearby. Host was very friendly and helpful. Instructions to check in were easy to follow. Absolutely enjoyed my stay here and would recommend anyone.

Wow, what a fabulous location. Ljuta is a peaceful escape with so many houses set on the water. We loved the private dock which was absolutely stunning at all times of the day. Kayaking on the still bay at 6am was magic. A ten minute walk away is an Oyster Mussel farm which was lovely for dinner one night. The location is close for driving into Kotor and Perast and perfect for getting away from the hustle. The room is large, with a great kitchen and bathroom. Tijana was super helpful and a fantastic communicator. We would certainly recommend this beautiful place.

Olga’s apartment is even more beautiful than shown, whereas the photos of the surrounding just don’t do justice to the beauty of the location of this apartment. Olga is very responsive and kind, and always ready to give tips on what to do and where to go in the Kotor Bay. Absolutely recommended.

The location of this place can’t be overstated. It’s all about the outside space, amazing, amazing view and beautiful easy access straight in to the water for a swim whenever you fancy. The inside is relatively straightforward but perhaps only because the outside space is what it’s all about. Friendly communicative hosts. Go stay there. Walkable to decent places to eat etc. car handy if you want to visit Perast and Kotor but we felt better to be away from those places and win the peace and space.

Jelena is an amazing host. She is incredibly kind and thoughtful, always ready to provide that little extra we all look for in our stays. She gave us space for privacy yet was involved every step of the way, which was terrific. I highly recommend this stunning stay in Kotor!

Marija is very welcoming and kind. Careful about the location, it's not the one that is fulled on Aribnb. It's closer to Kotor. Maybe possible to change it for next traveler ;) Except that all is good, good price for good quality Thanks again Simon

We spent a great holiday in a beautiful and atmospheric place. I highly recommend it. The renovated house has all the amenities. The swimming pool is great. The area is beautiful - peace and quiet. In the vicinity there is a donkey farm that does not disturb. Very good contact with the nice host of the house Marko and his father. Rating 10/10🙂

We had a lovely stay over the Christmas period after travelling in our camper for the last 7 months this was a nice reset for us. The house was as described the host was responsive, we were met by his Mum and sister who were very friendly and accommodating. His Mum even bought us over some burek which was delicious. Just a couple of small points, there didn’t seem to be a dryer as stated in the amenities listing, and we couldn’t seem to get the hot water to work in the kitchen (not sure if it was something we were doing or not). Other than that a lovely stay. Thanks

The house is right on the lake, where there were hardly any mosquitoes, but all sorts of other creepy-crawlies. You should be prepared for that. It is insanely beautifully located, quiet and private. In the morning we always got a short visit from a flock of sheep and goats and there is now a second cottage on the premises, which was uninhabited. When we were there in September, it was already getting a little cooler at night. The main room can be heated very well with the stove, but the bedroom remains unheated, so it is better to bring long things and adjust to chopping wood. The canoes were a great bonus to the house! Gorica was a great host, easily accessible and very helpful. We would come back anytime and recommend it to everyone!

My boyfriend and I have stayed at Milena’s place twice already for a month stay. This is a wonderful quiet place for solitude. The house has everything you need for long-term living. A large well-groomed area, no neighbors, no one disturbed us. Perfect for animal lovers. You can watch horses, cows, there are dogs and cats as well. Milena and her brother Nano are very nice people, hospitable and always ready to help. The house is located in the mountains, so a car is needed to travel to the supermarket or to the coast. We had a car, we drove ourselves, but a couple of times we needed a transfer to the airport, so the hostess of the house organized it for us. When we needed something from the nearest town Cetinje they helped us as well. We will be glad to return again.

Really lovely location. Very peaceful and relaxing. Next door to nice boutique hotel with great food. Lovely garden.

We felt very comfortable at Nenad's! It's a great apartment with a lovely terrace. The kitchen was also well equipped (we would have liked a casserole dish). Nenad was very friendly and helpful, especially when we had trouble finding the place (drive to Ljuta, do not follow the automatic directions). Otherwise, the location is great: a bit away from the quite full Kotor you can enjoy the view of the bay with a wine or beer. And in just 2 minutes' walk there is a small concrete access to the sea. Clear recommendation! Thanks for the welcome beer in the fridge :-)

Pleasant space in a beautiful area. Host was slow to respond, but there was a gentleman there to greet us and help with checking in.

A very quiet and cosy apartment with a beautiful view. Close to grocery store, bakery and seaside. Great swimming opportunities. Local life and friendly people around. Ivona was great to help with sightseeing and taxi. We really enjoyed our stay😊Thank you!
