Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Neos Marmaras. Die Wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Am Wochenende kann es hier mal ein bisschen lauter werden, da am Hafen Partys statt finden. Es hat uns super gefallen. Manos war immer erreichbar und ein so liebenswerter Gastgeber. Vielen vielen dank für alles!

This place is very nice to relax and enjoy the beach. Makis nest is a couple steps from the beach (3min). the beach access is through his property. Highly recommend this place. The garden area is very beautiful and relaxing. The host was an amazing person, he is very attentive and helped us so much. Always available and willing to help us. There's a supermarket like 400m away. If you have a car, you can go to the best beaches in Vourvourou very easily. *YOU NEED A CAR, there's no public transportation in Vourvourou

Communication with Katerina was straightforward, super friendly and fast. The apartment is equipped as described and is close to many restaurants and bars, but far enough away to not hear any of it at night and sleep peacefully. Our highlight was the breathtaking view of the sea from the spacious balcony and that it is only a few meters to go swimming. Highly recommended.

We were very happy with Costas apartment and felt comfortable. Everything important for families and children is there, which is a big advantage. Communication with Costas was also super easy. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Wir haben uns in dieser Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist einfach, aber gemütlich, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Der Sandstrand mit türkisblauem Meer, grenzt direkt an das Grundstück. Ioannis war ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal hier Urlaub machen!!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and just as described in the listing. The attention to detail made it feel like a home, with all the amenities needed. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to explore. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

This apartment is a wonderful place to stay in the countryside but with easy access to both coasts. The terrace is large and great for having your meals, coffee or an evening drink. The village has coffee bars and a bakers and a short distance away is a Lidl!! The bed is comfortable, it is very clean and bright and Dafina is a brilliant host. She enabled us an early check in and made us feel right at home. We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to visit the area.

Great place to stay. Short walk to downtown with plenty of restaurants and shops. Beach was walkable too but it’s a little hill to get back up to the condo. Definitely would stay at again if I come back. The small town vibe was awesome and the beaches on this coast are much nicer then the other side.

Η κυρία Μαρία είναι απλά υπέροχη, απαντάει σε ότι κ να την ρωτήσεις, κατατοπιστικη, σε οδηγίες κ λοιπά, με εξυπηρέτησε σε πολλά θέματα όπως άφιξη αναχώρηση, είναι φοβερή οικοδέσποινα,σπανιζουν τετοιοι ανθρωποι!!Το σπίτι είναι πολύ ωραίο βγάζει ζεστασιά σαν το σπιτι σου ,με όλα τα απαραίτητα, μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι. το σπίτι είναι κοντά σε όλα,θάλασσα,κέντρο, μίνι μάρκετ από κάτω σούπερ μάρκετ πιο εκεί,όλα είναι τριγύρω σου .αξίζει να έρθετε, εμείς πάντως θα ξαναέρθουμε!!!

Pandora was a very friendly and welcoming host. We felt very comfortable in the house. There were many items to meet our needs, such as an iron, hairdryer, washing machine, and more. The house was very clean, and having breakfast in the garden was a special pleasure for us. Having a market right next door was a huge advantage. We would like to thank Pandora and her dear husband for adding joy to our first holiday in Halkidiki :)

Place was like as described and look like on pictures. It was easy to find, directions from host are clear and navigation gets you in front of the building. We didnt meet Vagelis but he organised a friend to meet us for check in but for everything else host was responsive on chat messages. We had a problem with hot water but solved when host explained that the valve for hot water was turned in wrong direction. There is a problem with water pressure in the shower in hours when everybody comes from beach but that is a problem in the area. Beach is close, there are chairs and umbrella in apartment which can be used on the beach. The view from balcony is as described. Air conditioning works and is in hallway which is not great but is ok. Apartment was clean but can be cleaner, stuff which isn't used and shelves are a little bit dusty. Area is pretty urban, beach, supermaket and other are close to the apartment. All in all was a great experience, as described.

Fünf Sterne für diesen wundervollen Meerblick, die Strandnähe und die sehr herzlichen Gastgeber Dimitris und seine Mutter, die im EG wohnten, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt bei ihnen. Wir haben Ruhe und Frieden gesucht und gefunden. Ende September war der Strand leer, die Temperaturen waren ideal. Einmal konnten wir vom herrlichen Balkon aus Delfine beobachten. Zum Essen gehen empfehlen wir den authentischen Dorfplatz von Agios Nikolaos mit schöner Atmosphäre und verschiedenen Restaurants, oder den Hafen von Ormos, wo man vormittags auch frisch gefangenen Fisch kaufen kann. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam und wir kommen gerne wieder.

First if all,i would like to thank Goerge and his family for great hospitality. Location is pefect for those who want a peace of mind. Pefrect sea view,really big terrasse for morning and evening relaxation. The place is very clean,comfy,has everything you need for a great vacation. Internet worked perfect all the time. I have nothing more to say but to strongly recommend this place and Goerge as a host.

The place was very nice. Very easy to find, have available and free street parking right in front of the house, and also very convenient was that there is a supermarket managed by the owner within the same house. So, you always have what you need very close. Restaurants and bakeries in Mesimeri are of great quality and prices, but also eating by the sea, or enjoying Thessaloniki is just a 15 minutes' drive, so there are lots of options. Stratos is very responsive, and gave us a really big list of options for lots of different activities in the area, so we have on our to do list things for next couple of years for sure :)

We had an excellent stay in the area for a wedding. The host was very responsive with recommendations and her parents were generous enough to give us a ride to our wedding and even picked us up after! The hospitality shown to us was incredible with food and water for us on arrival and great help navigating the surrounding area to find the best spots to do our desired activities. They went above and beyond anything we could have expected from an Air BnB host!

Απίστευτη φιλοξενία. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο με διαθέσιμες όλες της χρήσιμες οικοσυσκευές που χρειάζεται μία οικογένεια στην καθημερινότητά της . Ο κ. Θεόδωρος και η κ. Μαίρη ήταν πάντα πρόσχαροι και διαθέσιμοι στις ερωτήσεις που υπήρχαν. Ένας χώρος να νιώθεις σαν στο σπίτι σου, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της Καλλιθέας χωρίς να χρειάζεσαι να χρησιμοποιήσεις το αυτοκίνητο σου και μόλις ελάχιστα λεπτά μακρυά από τις πεντακάθαρες παραλίες. Εύχομαι όλα τα διαμερίσματα να παραδειγματιστούν από αυτό.

The apartment is lovely and near the beautiful beach. We had a very nice time there. It was calm, the sea water was warm and there were few people on the beach, may be because it was end of season. We would like for sure to visit this place again.

We stayed in Alex's place for 7 days and the whole experience was just amazing. Firstly I want to thank Alex for being so helpful with changing the arriving date for us, with so short notice. The place is perfect if you want to relax and recharge your batteries: -big terrace with breathtaking view -clean pool amenities -lift to a privat wild beach -Close to shops, restaurants and bars Thank you again and we will definelly be back!

Es ist ein idyllischer Ort um seinen Urlaub zu verbringen und zur Ruhe zu kommen mit einem uralten Olivenbaum zum darunter verweilen, 30m vom menschenleeren Strand emtfernt. Toller Swimmingpool mit Abendbeleuchtung und Sprungbrett. Vor allem die Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter und seiner Familien macht diesen Urlaub unvergesslich!

We spent 10 days in the house and the experience exceeded our expectations, you will undoubtedly feel at home in this house. The whole complex is pleasant and quiet, and in the middle of August you can get away from crowds, noise and parking problems here. In the house you will find equipment that you even didn't know you needed. Charliaos' mother will see you off and welcome you warmly, and in between you will have complete privacy. Highly recommended
