That place is absolute hidden paradise with gorgeous and unforgettable views from the balcony I would dare to say , the pictures on Airbnb site does not really represent the astonishing 180 degrees panorama so the only thing you need to do is to verify my words by booking the apartment, there will be no slim chance to get disappointed The spot is between 2 small villages which is top to my standards , quite and peaceful and only 3-4 kilometres from everything you would possibly need - fruit& vegetable stores , fresh fish & shellfish, bakery etc There are of course ultimate beaches around and 1.25-2h to all Halkidiki fingers by car Another host of Airbnb who undoubtedly increase the standards and put its rating to highest level Thank you !

We enjoyed the house and the property with proximity to the beach very much. The house is beautifully decorated, offered enough space for our two families and had everything we needed. The terraces invited us to linger and eat together, the garden was great for the kids. We even saw a few praying mantises and geckos :) The surroundings were very quiet at the time of year outside the season, which is good for switching off. For restaurants and supermarkets, we drove to the next major town of Nikiti. There are many very nice beaches and boat rentals nearby to explore the inaccessible bays and islands. We enjoyed the vacation very much all around. This was also due to the accommodation and hospitality of Ioannis.

Pandora was a very friendly and welcoming host. We felt very comfortable in the house. There were many items to meet our needs, such as an iron, hairdryer, washing machine, and more. The house was very clean, and having breakfast in the garden was a special pleasure for us. Having a market right next door was a huge advantage. We would like to thank Pandora and her dear husband for adding joy to our first holiday in Halkidiki :)

Communication with Ioannis both in advance and during the stay was always great. The apartment looks like the pictures, but in the bathroom there is no longer a shower curtain, but a shower cubicle and a newer floor - so better. Washing machine available. In the kitchen there is also everything. The apartment was totally clean, the balcony doors are a bit stiff. The view from the balcony is phenomenal, we loved just looking at the sea. The beach and the sea in front of the apartment are great. The apartment complex has an outdoor shower - great! The complex is very well maintained. For us, the mattress was a little too hard. We can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience and would book it again.

Amazing location, clean and very comfortable! Very well equipped! Large green space, very close to the beach, just 3 minutes away! The beach has fine sand, a generous area of ​​sunbeds, smooth entry into the water and is suitable for children. The resort is perfect for relaxation, it is suitable for families with children, but there are also many nice restaurants for adults! Good communication with Dimitra! We recommend!

This was the best airbnb experience I've ever had!!! The house was clean and very close to the sea. Hara and her family are communicative and were very friendly from the start! They welcomed us very warm-heartedly and were always there to help. I talked to them everyday after swimming in the sea. Thank you Hara and Konstantina! You made our stay very special! The Airbnb was absolutely lovely. It was clean, very modern and practical + there was a lovely garden with lots of furniture where you can sit , which also included a playground for the kids. Konstantinos and his mother were always ready to help you with whatever you needed. They gave us reccommendations for the city, places to eat at and beaches to go to. The only downside of the Airbnb was that the mattresses were quite hard. However, the rest was absolutely perfect

We spent a wonderful week with our 3 children in Nonda's apartment. The apartment is even nicer than in the photos, the amenities really very good. Since we were there at the end of October, we were completely alone on the beautiful beach. The sea water is magnificent and was still 23 degrees. It was really an unforgettable, wonderful stay for the whole family

The property is part of a small private housing estate which provides a peaceful and a relaxing holiday. It is located right next to a beach with pristine water. In less than 8 min. walking there is a super market, bunch of nice restaurants and a beach bar. The place itself feels way more spacious than in the pics. We appreciated the large veranda and the a/c installed in each of the three rooms! The hosts made us feel as comfortable as possible which is one of our reasons to be impatient to come again next summer. Thank you!

Mrs. Maria is just wonderful, she answers no matter what you ask her, informative, in instructions etc, she served me in many issues such as check-in checkout, she is a great host, people like that are rare!!The house is very nice it gives warmth like your home,with all the necessities, we were very satisfied. the house is close to everything,sea,center, mini market from below supermarket further there,everything is around you.It is worth to come, however we will come again!!!

I truly enjoyed both the Airbnb and the town of Afytos so much. Not only did they provide so many amenities they also were incredibly responsive and kind. I could not reccomend staying with Νίκος & Τάνια enough.

We were very happy with Costas apartment and felt comfortable. Everything important for families and children is there, which is a big advantage. Communication with Costas was also super easy. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Place was like as described and look like on pictures. It was easy to find, directions from host are clear and navigation gets you in front of the building. We didnt meet Vagelis but he organised a friend to meet us for check in but for everything else host was responsive on chat messages. We had a problem with hot water but solved when host explained that the valve for hot water was turned in wrong direction. There is a problem with water pressure in the shower in hours when everybody comes from beach but that is a problem in the area. Beach is close, there are chairs and umbrella in apartment which can be used on the beach. The view from balcony is as described. Air conditioning works and is in hallway which is not great but is ok. Apartment was clean but can be cleaner, stuff which isn't used and shelves are a little bit dusty. Area is pretty urban, beach, supermaket and other are close to the apartment. All in all was a great experience, as described.

In addition to being very clean, Marina's accommodation is really equipped with everything you need, even the diffuser to dry your hair with the hairdryer. Dafina also provided us with extra towels in the closet, a double pillow, one softer and one harder, for each guest. The apartment is located in the upper area of the town of Kassandreia and from the large terrace you can enjoy a 360-degree view. Priceless! There is also a fenced garden, so our dog could run freely. The location of the house allows you to easily and quickly reach both the west and east coast of Kassandra as well as the inner hilly area. We really enjoyed living outside the big tourist areas. Dafina does not speak English, but her son Claudio is a fantastic translator, very good at welcoming guests and always smiling like his mother.

In short: absolutely great! Paraskevi and her husband are wonderful hosts and almost the icing on the cake for the beautiful and super clean property. Familiar, warm, open, you are welcomed here and really feel right at home. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and invites you to linger. A very nice beach section is super quick to reach by car. Here you can find loungers for a drink. The walk to the promenade with many good taverns is also short. I would have liked to have stayed much longer. Therefore, an absolute recommendation from me and thanks again for the wonderful time!

We had a lovely time in the beautiful house on the hilltop above the sea. The location is great, with a breathtaking view of the sea and the inland hills. The balcony is great for having breakfast in the morning with a sea view and watching the sunset in the evening. The house is very richly equipped, everything you need is available. And on top of that, we were also wonderfully warmly welcomed by the parents of Ifgenia. Her mother had made delicious pastries, there was water and a nice bottle of wine cool. There was toppings, toast, coffee, tea... The bathroom was also richly provided with beauty products. Ifgenia's father came to bring us an extra fire, in case it would be too fresh, but we didn't need that. This is the best vacation rental we've ever been to for me. With the wonderful hospitality that characterizes the region so much. A gem in a region that has forever stolen our heart. Recommended!

Incredible hospitality. The apartment was super clean with all the useful appliances a family needs in their daily lives. Mr. Theodoros and Mrs. Mary were always cheerful and available to the questions that existed. A place to feel at home, very close to the center of Kallithea without having to use your car and just a few minutes away from the spotless beaches. I wish all apartments to be exemplified by this one.

The apartment is lovely and near the beautiful beach. We had a very nice time there. It was calm, the sea water was warm and there were few people on the beach, may be because it was end of season. We would like for sure to visit this place again.

We stayed in Alex's place for 7 days and the whole experience was just amazing. Firstly I want to thank Alex for being so helpful with changing the arriving date for us, with so short notice. Very friendly host family. Accommodation as described. Great property with olive trees and a very well-maintained pool. The kitchen is superbly equipped. You just have to cross the street and you can swim directly in the sea. For shopping or restaurant visits you need a car. Covered parking on the premises.
