Vacation rentals with beach access in Nikiti

Particularitatea a fost cazarea la trecerea dintre ani. Am cautat un loc langa mare, cu semineu, pentru a ma simti ca acasa. Pentru asteptarile mele a fost fix ce cautam. Cred ca si vara e un loc placut. Cu gazda am comunicat foarte bine, mi-a pus lemne la dispozitie, nu cred ca o sa aveti nevoie de asta vara :) Vizitez frecvent cazari cu seminee si stiu ca proprietarii ofera doar cateva lemne, pentru atmosfera. Aici nu a fost cazul. Oricum am avut un sac cu lemne in portbagaj, aduse din Romania :)) Locuinta e bine dotata, locul e primitor, mult lemn si piatra. Pentru noi a fost o experienta placuta.

We highly recommend staying at Vaso‘s and Ioannis‘ place. The location is great - super close to a beautiful part of the beach and great beach bars. The apartment is nicely furnished and the balcony is great.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt, da wir sehr herzlich von Nick und seiner Frau aufgenommen wurden. Sie gaben uns immer tollen hilfreiche Tipps und waren jederzeit erreichbar, wenn wir etwas benötigten. Es war wirklich ein großartiger Aufenthalt in Neos Marmaras 🩵

Impeccable cleanliness, an unforgettable vacation and definitely worth checking again with Irene. 10-star restaurants in the immediate vicinity, shops and supermarkets at every step and most importantly 10 steps from the beach. Center with park 1 minute away and on the opposite side a simple and beautiful cliff. Irene, you are wonderful!

Kyriakos dürüst, centilmen ve cana yakın bir ev sahibi. Kendi evimiz kadar rahat ettik. Abartısız söylüyorum: Daha önce bu kadar temiz bir yerde kalmadım. Kyriakos o kadar tecrübeli ki, her soruma hızla cevap verdi ama bir şey sormama pek gerek kalmadı. Bize harita pinleriyle birlikte, gerekli olabilecek ve önerebileceği her yer, restoran ve plajın listesini attı. Önerdiği her yere hayran kaldık. 3.günün sabahı temiz havlularımızı kapıda asılı bulduk. Biz yorumların aksine evi küçük bulmadık. Mutfakta birkaç kez yemek yedik ve her şeyi rahatça hazırlayabildik. Balkonu dinlenmek için mükemmel. Dolap kıyafetlerimizi rahatça aldı. Yatak rahattı. Biz varmadan klimayı açmıştı ama gerek kalmadı. Geceleri serin ve güzeldi. Bölge sessiz ve sakin. Yakındaki plaj gayet kullanışlı. Araç için şahsi ve gölgelik yer var. Teşekkür ederiz Kyriakos, umarım tekrar geleceğiz!

This has become a very special place for our family. Such a peaceful cove, especially in morning and evening when summer boat traffic calms down. Lovely, clean, home-like.

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Haus mit atemberaubender Terrasse. Die Kommunikation mit Vasiliki war gut, sie hat meist sehr schnell geantwortet. Bei uns hat lediglich die Waschmaschine nicht funktioniert und der Strand/Geschäfte waren ein paar Minuten weiter entfernt als beschrieben. Aber alles in allem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einem tollen Haus.

Wir haben den Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen, alles war einfach perfekt. Die Leuchtturm-Athmosphäre war super, in der Vorsaison absolut zu empfehlen, weil man aufgrund der Temperaturen noch viel unternehmen kann und wenn man wie wir das noch etwas kühlere Meer nicht scheut auch herrlich schwimmen kann. absolut zu empfehlen.

Staying here was an experience that touched our hearts. The house was comfy, perfectly equipped, chill on hot days and super quite during the night. The terrace offered perfect shade. We were blown by heartwarming details like finding a glass in the freezer to enjoy a cold beer, or the delicious jam and honey, the fine coffee and the list continues. We adored the garden with its little meditation corner under the olive trees. We were grateful we could use the kayak and SUPs anytime we wanted and incredibly impressed by Dimitra's and her father's hospitality and kindness.

Le logement est spacieux, nous avons pu séjourner à 8, 4 adultes et 4 enfants, il est à proximité de la plage de Niki ( 5 minutes à pieds) et pas loin de pas mal des belles plages de la région, l’appartement était propre et les hôtes très accueillant, nous les avons prévenus que nous risquons d’arriver un peu plutôt et ils ont fait en sorte de nous permettre de récupérer les clés rapidement.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Pyrgadikia. Die Wohnung war wunderschön und alles nötige vorhanden. Wir wurden mit einigen Lebensmitteln, Obst und Wasser begrüßt. Foteini hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und der Ort ist zauberhaft. Sehr gerne wieder.

Kosta is ana amazing host and if you like to have an amazing beachfront experience then this is the spot. The host provided beach towels an chairs for us to use. You will experience the most Unforgettable sunset at night on the porch of that house. Loved the vintage charm of this house an Kosta has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. Labors is a great host. Quick response, helpful tips, great hospitality. The location of the property is amazing - right at a beach, secluded, and easy access by car to nearby villages and restaurants. The house has a full kitchen and everything that one may need. Perfect vacation hope if you have pets. Highly recommend and will gladly visit again.

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche mit unseren 3 Kindern in Nondas Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos, die Ausstattung wirklich sehr gut. Da wir Ende Oktober dort waren , waren wir konplett allein am wunderschönen Strand. Das Meerwasser ist herrlich und hatte noch 23 Grad. Es war wirklich ein unvergesslicher, wunderschöner Aufenthalt für die ganze Familie

Das Haus und das Grundstück mit Nähe zum Strand haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, bot genügend Platz für unsere zwei Familien und verfügte über alles was wir brauchten. Die Terrassen luden zum gemeinsamen verweilen und essen ein, der Garten war toll für die Kinder. Wir haben sogar ein paar Gottesanbeterinnen und Geckos gesehen :) Die Umgebung war zu der Zeit des Jahres außerhalb der Saison sehr ruhig, was gut zum abschalten ist. Für Restaurants und Supermärkte sind wir in die nächste größere Ortschaft Nikiti gefahren. In der Nähe befinden sich viele sehr schöne Strände und Bootsverleihe zum Erkunden der unzugänglichen Buchten und Inseln. Der Urlaub hat uns rundum sehr gut gefallen. Das hat auch an der Unterkunft und Gastfreundlichkeit von Ioannis gelegen.

Hara made us feel so welcome. She left us gifts and greeted us when she arrived with homemade food. Her apartment is very comfortable and we felt right at home. Really enjoyed our stay and recommend staying here. Great hospitality and super friendly people. Two minutes from the apartment are two great restaurants. Food is fantastic and the service is excellent. With a car you are in a great location to explore the first and second peninsulas. Highly recommend staying here.

Wir verbrachten mitte bis Ende September2024 einen herrlichen Urlaub in Argiris Unterkunft. Mit Wetterglück noch spätsommerlich🏖️☀️☀️ Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer und ist über eine Treppe direkt mit dem Strand verbunden. Bei ruhigem Meer können mit dem 2er Kajak die nahgelegenen Buchten erkundet werden 😃. Es ist ein zentraler Ausgangspunkt um die Chalkidiki Region zu erkunden. Sehr saubere, eifach eingerichtete Appartements abseits vom Massentourismus. Ca. 15 min. Von Nikiti entfernt.

We had an amazing time. The apartment is really close to the beach and just a few people were there, it really felt like a private beach. The centre where the bars, restaurants, shops were, was about 5 minutes by car. The house was clean, comfortable all in all great, and we really enjoyed having meals on the patio every day. Fivos was really nice, helpful and quick to answer. I would recommend this place 100%. And there were a lot of cute cats nearby.:)

Super nice apartment in front of the sea. Everything was great and they even left some cake for the breakfast.

Wir waren für 9 Nächte in der Unterkunft von Dimitris und unser Aufenthalt hätte besser nicht sein können. Die Lage ist top und wir hatten einen schönen Ausblick auf das Meer von der Terrasse. Dimitris war sehr freundlich und hat sich sofort gekümmert, wenn es Fragen gab. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
