Vacation rentals with beach access in Nikiti

The peculiarity was accommodation at the turn of years. I searched for a place by the sea, with a fireplace, to feel at home. For my expectations it was exactly what I was looking for. I think summer is a nice place too. We communicated very well with the host, he provided me with wood, I don't think you will need this in the summer :) I frequently visit accommodations with fireplaces and I know that the owners offer only a few wood, for the atmosphere. This was not the case here. Anyway we had a bag with wood in the trunk, brought from Romania :)) The place is well equipped, the place is welcoming, a lot of wood and stone. It was a pleasant experience for us.

Kritamon Apartment in Neos Marmaras – highly recommended! The apartment is very clean, modern, and newly furnished – truly a place to feel comfortable. We were completely satisfied! The host was extremely friendly and responded to all our questions within minutes. This is exactly how a perfect stay should be. We will definitely come back!

We highly recommend staying at Vaso‘s and Ioannis‘ place. The location is great - super close to a beautiful part of the beach and great beach bars. The apartment is nicely furnished and the balcony is great.

Irene, an exceptional host, a perfect welcome to Greece. Friendly and eager to help you, inform you and make you feel at home. All the necessary amenities, nothing to complain about. Impeccable cleanliness, an unforgettable vacation and definitely worth checking again with Irene. 10-star restaurants in the immediate vicinity, shops and supermarkets at every step and most importantly 10 steps from the beach. Center with park 1 minute away and on the opposite side a simple and beautiful cliff. Irene, you are wonderful!

Kyriakos is an honest, gentleman and friendly host. We were as comfortable as our own home. I'm not exaggerating: I've never stayed in such a clean place before. Kyriakos is so experienced that he answered all my questions quickly, but I didn't have to ask anything. He sent us a list of all the places, restaurants and beaches that might be necessary and recommended, along with map pins. We admired every place he suggested. On the morning of the 3rd day, we found our clean towels hanging on the door. Contrary to the comments, we didn't find the house small. We ate a few times in the kitchen and were able to prepare everything comfortably. The balcony is perfect for relaxing. The closet comfortably took our clothes. The bed was comfortable. He had turned on the air conditioner before we arrived, but there was no need. It was cool and nice at night. The area is quiet and calm. The nearby beach is very convenient. There is a personal and shaded space for the vehicle. Thank you Kyriakos, I hope we'll be back!

This has become a very special place for our family. Such a peaceful cove, especially in morning and evening when summer boat traffic calms down. Lovely, clean, home-like.

Very nice and well-equipped house with breathtaking terrace. Communication with Vasiliki was good, she usually responded very quickly. With us, only the washing machine did not work and the beach/shops were a few minutes further away than described. But all in all, a wonderful stay in a great house.

Staying here was an experience that touched our hearts. The house was comfy, perfectly equipped, chill on hot days and super quite during the night. The terrace offered perfect shade. We were blown by heartwarming details like finding a glass in the freezer to enjoy a cold beer, or the delicious jam and honey, the fine coffee and the list continues. We adored the garden with its little meditation corner under the olive trees. We were grateful we could use the kayak and SUPs anytime we wanted and incredibly impressed by Dimitra's and her father's hospitality and kindness.

The accommodation is spacious, we were able to stay as 8, 4 adults and 4 children, it is close to Niki beach (5 minutes' walk) and not far from a lot of the beautiful beaches in the area, the apartment was clean and the hosts very welcoming, we warned them that we might arrive a little early and they made sure to allow us to pick up the keys quickly.

We had a wonderful time in Pyrgadikia. The apartment was beautiful and everything necessary available. We were greeted with some food, fruit and water. Foteini took great care of us and the place is enchanting. I'd love to come back.

Kosta is ana amazing host and if you like to have an amazing beachfront experience then this is the spot. The host provided beach towels an chairs for us to use. You will experience the most Unforgettable sunset at night on the porch of that house. Loved the vintage charm of this house an Kosta has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. Labors is a great host. Quick response, helpful tips, great hospitality. The location of the property is amazing - right at a beach, secluded, and easy access by car to nearby villages and restaurants. The house has a full kitchen and everything that one may need. Perfect vacation hope if you have pets. Highly recommend and will gladly visit again.

We spent a wonderful week with our 3 children in Nonda's apartment. The apartment is even nicer than in the photos, the amenities really very good. Since we were there at the end of October, we were completely alone on the beautiful beach. The sea water is magnificent and was still 23 degrees. It was really an unforgettable, wonderful stay for the whole family

We had a great stay at this beautiful house near the beach. The accommodation is stylishly furnished, very well equipped and offered plenty of space for our two families. In particular, the various terrace areas invited you to eat together, relax and enjoy the time. The garden was a real paradise for the kids. In the house, fans and air conditioning systems ensured a pleasant indoor climate throughout – even on hot days. The attic is cozy, but due to the sloping ceilings for taller people – especially in the bathroom – a little cramped, which did not bother us. The covered barbecue area with large table in the garden was a highlight. The proximity to the beach was a big plus with children, especially since the host provided loungers and umbrellas. The beach is one of the most beautiful in Chalkidiki – fine sand, clear water, ideal for snorkeling. Many thanks to Ioannis for the great hospitality – we will be happy to come back!

Hara made us feel so welcome. She left us gifts and greeted us when she arrived with homemade food. Her apartment is very comfortable and we felt right at home. Really enjoyed our stay and recommend staying here. Great hospitality and super friendly people. Two minutes from the apartment are two great restaurants. Food is fantastic and the service is excellent. With a car you are in a great location to explore the first and second peninsulas. Highly recommend staying here.

We spent a magnificent holiday in Argiri's accommodation until the end of September2024. With weather luck still late summer🏖️☀️☀️ Located right on the sea, the property is directly connected to the beach by a staircase. With quiet sea, the nearby coves can be explored with the 2-person kayak😃. It is a central base for exploring the Halkidiki region. Very clean, simply furnished apartments away from mass tourism. About 15 min. from Nikiti.

We had an amazing time. The apartment is really close to the beach and just a few people were there, it really felt like a private beach. The centre where the bars, restaurants, shops were, was about 5 minutes by car. The house was clean, comfortable all in all great, and we really enjoyed having meals on the patio every day. Fivos was really nice, helpful and quick to answer. I would recommend this place 100%. And there were a lot of cute cats nearby.:)

Super nice apartment in front of the sea. Everything was great and they even left some cake for the breakfast.

We stayed at Dimitris' place for 9 nights and our stay could not have been better. The location is great and we had a nice view of the sea from the terrace. Dimitris was very friendly and took care of things immediately when there were questions. We highly recommend this place and would be happy to come back.
