House vacation rentals in Nikiana

The is situated on a hill with amazing views of the bay and the town of Palairos. It’s very private and in a very quiet area. It’s a 10 minute walk to the town where there are numerous restaurants serving delicious food beside the sea. The villa is extremely well equipped and spacious. We were a family of 6 plus a baby - we did not feel cramped at all. The pool is large and the outside space works really well. The pool area is surrounded by decking which suited us well as it was non slip. There is an outside fridge and an electric BBQ. We mostly ate outside. Susana met us at the villa and showed us around. She was very warm and welcoming and kept in touch with us before and throughout our stay - giving us information and answering our questions. I would highly recommend this villa and hope to return again one day.

We had a wonderful week in George's villa, starting with a warm welcome from his lovely mum who showed us around. We were then left in peace for the rest of the trip, although George always responded quickly when we sent him questions. The villa is even nicer than the pictures, great AC and plenty of towels. It is atop a hill, with no other villas or roads close by, so you're not overlooked and the view is breathtaking. We didn't hear traffic noise or even dogs barking at night, you feel tucked away in your own private space. The pool is perfect, and stays really clean thanks to the infinity design. The loungers are comfy with the grapevine shade. We used the outdoor BBQ and sat out on the terrace every day, though if you're eating outside you will attract some flies. The location is rural, so there were lots of bugs outside and occasionally inside - not a problem, but something to be aware of and bring insect repellent! There are screens on doors and windows to keep them out.

Our stay at Lefkas Blue penthouse was perfect. Marina was very friendly and helpful on arrival and throughout our stay. The penthouse was beautiful, the view from the balcony lovely and the pool was so lavish. Walking distance to town, thr house has everything we needed really. Thank you for having us!

Mom and I felt right at home from minute one. Marianna and her daughter Christina checked on us every couple of days to offer light hospitality / house cleaning that was included in the price. Nidri was a walkable distance away (less than 30 min) or an easy 5 minute drive. Close enough to beaches, markets, cafes, restaurants but far enough away further up the hill from Nidri to offer peace and quiet to those wanting it. We were happy to lounge by the pool or venture off to Lefkada Town or the west side of island within a relatively short drive. Happily recommend to anyone considering a quieter relaxing stay. Definitely returning. Thank you for a great stay!

We spent a wonderful 10 days here. The house is comfortable, cool, had plenty of space for our family of 5 and all the amenities we needed. The kitchen is great for cooking, though we often ate out too. Lahos, where the house is located, is close to Stavros, Exogi, Fríkes, Kioni and all the northern beaches (with a car). It’s quiet too, save for the bell of the local church and the sound of goats and sheep. The pool was a welcome place to cool off. Many thanks Serge.

Det er et vidunderligt sted, og enormt søde værter. De gør alt, hvad de kan, for at man får et dejligt ophold. Og så har de den smukkeste solnedgang, som vi nød hver aften. Dejligt hus. Dejlig pool også.

The place was unbelievable! The hosts were very welcoming and gave us great recommendations. The villa was gorgeous and had lots of character, we loved the pool and the bbq area.

Our family of 4 have just returned from an incredibl 8 night stay at The Olive Tree Villa – peaceful, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Dimitris is a great host – responsive and thoughtful, with a brilliant digital guide full of local tips. Check-in was easy via lockbox with clear instructions. The villa has aircon in all rooms, extremely comfy beds with lovely linen, super powerful shower, and a well-equipped kitchen plus a great outdoor grill. We loved eating at the big outdoor table and appreciated the welcome treats – selection of cold drinks, bread, and jam. Pool and outdoor shower fabulous. The local bakery "To Paradosiako" (15-min walk) is a gem for daily fresh bread and baked treats! Favorite beaches were in the South of the island - Afteli and Ammoussa – both with beachfront tavernas. Don’t miss the Folklore Museum in Karya (6 mins away). Overall, this is a wonderful, relaxing base – highly recommend. Book it if you can! Thank you again Dimitris x

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der hübschen Wohnung. Es hatte alles zu bieten, was wir brauchten. Sehr zentral und viele exquisite Restaurants. Konnten uns sehr entspannen und im nahe gelegenen Meer (wenige Minuten mit dem Auto) baden.

Ons verblijf in het huis van Harel was fantastisch. Veel privacy, mogelijkheden om zowel in de schaduw als in de zon te zitten. Comfortabele woning, gezellig ingericht. Alles was aanwezig zoals in de advertentie. Het uitzicht van af het terras was misschien wel het mooiste van de woning. Toegang tot het strand op loopafstand via een trap met een behoorlijk aantal treden. Hier ook een aantal restaurantjes. Kortom een aanrader als je in Vasiliki wilt verblijven.

The stay was perfect and the host maria and her son were very helpful and welcoming and gave us recommendations about the island and easy instructions about our stay . the place was very clean , organised . the towels and the bed sheets were smelling very fresh and wonderful perfume (we want to know the name of the brand by the way ;) ) The neighbours are very friendly and welcoming but unfortunately we cannot speak greek to exchange with them. The place is placed in a very quite private and peaceful location in the mountain and the breeze the evening was reviving. You need definitely a car to get there and an experienced driver as it is a quite challenging narrow and climbing roads. Overall it was a perfect stay and we enjoyed the turquoise beach of the beautiful lefkada. Thank you Maria and we will come again definitely

U prekrasan godišnji odmor savršeno se uklopio smještaj kod Basilisa! Velik i dobro opremljen apartman u mirnom selu Dragano. Basilisa nismo upoznali, kontaktirali smo preko mobitela, ali sve je bilo u najboljem redu. Nove ručnike i posteljinu nam je donio njegov otac, koji po potrebi obavlja i popravke u apartmanu. Kreveti su veliki i udobni za spavanje. Kuhinja je dobro opremljena, moguće je i kuhati. I nakon vrućih lipanjskih dana u kući nije bilo prevruće i moglo se spavati bez korištenja klime. Posebno smo uživali u doručcima uz zuj pčela i predivne mirise cvijeća. Parkirno mjesto osigurano je iza kuće, u hladovini. Cijeli je otok vrlo brdovit, pa je i ova kuća smještena tako da zbog nizbrdice parkiranje na prvu izgleda problematično, ali se u stvari vrlo jednostavno parkira bočno i unatraške. Ima maksimalno 30 minuta vožnje do najdivnijih i najslikovitijih plaža na Lefkadi, od Kathisme na sjeveru do Porto Katsiki na jugu. Vrlo rado ćemo se opet vratiti!!!

Egy éjszakát töltöttünk itt átutazóban. Vassilis nagyon kedvesen fogadott minket, és körbevezetett a lakásban. Közel a sétálóutca, mégis nyugisabb rész. Tágas szobák, hatalmas terasz. Kényelmes ágy. Autóval be tudtunk parkolni az udvarra. Jó választás volt itt megszállni.

einen späten checkin hat kostas möglich gemacht. hat uns die zeit gegeben vorher noch etwas zu essen, obwohl wir spät gelandet sind 😊 das häuschen roch beim betreten schon frisch und das große fenster bringt schönes licht rein. es gab sehr gute empfehlungen von kostas. alles in allem ein schöner aufenthalt.

Τα πάντα ήταν υπέροχα. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ ευγενική και το σπίτι πεντακάθαρο. Εάν ξανά έρθουμε Λευκάδα σίγουρα θα επιλέξουμε το ίδιο σπίτι. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική για να μείνει κάποιος μιας και βρίσκετε μόλις 10 λεπτά από το Νυδρί και 20 από την πόλη της Λευκάδας.

Absolut unbeschreiblich schöne Unterkunft. Die Lage ist der Wahnsinn - Hier brauch man wohl nicht mehr zu schreiben, wenn man die Fotos sieht. Und das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit einer wunderschönen Terrasse und einem tollem Garten. Die Ausstattung ist sensationell. Alles was man braucht und noch viel mehr war in der Küche vorhanden. Auch habe ich mich sehr über die vielen Extras gefreut, wie z.Bsp. Getränke im Kühlschrank, Marmelade und Honig, Kaffee und vieles mehr. Wirklich bezaubernde Gastgeber. Bestes AirBnB Erlebnis (Dank Ausstattung und Gastfreundschaft) das ich hatte. Herzlichen Dank!!!!!

One of the best accomodations we ever stayed at We were hesitant at first to pick this place because of the few reviews(5 at the time), but boy was it GREAT!!! Everything was spotless clean. The house was newly renovated and everything was new and looked great. Location is very quiet and peacefull. There was a whole fence of flowered bushes that smelled incredibly all week. We definetly recommend it and we will come back for sure! The host also has an apartment on Airbnb at the ground level of the house and that is great in case you want to come maybe with another couple and stay together(you just need to search it on Airbnb and check availability)

Outstanding villa, view, service and island; we will definitely be back! Everything about our stay at the villa was about ease, luxury, comfort and feeling looked after by Eleni and her lovely father, Pano. Nothing was too much trouble. We explored all around the island by car, foot and boat, so many beautiful places to visit. Strongly recommend an evening at Fly Me bar, dinner in Sivota and a trip to Nidri and Lefkada town. Beautiful island .

Беше удоволствие да отседнем в тази красива къща .Всичко в нея е беше по добре от нашите очаквания.Невероятна гледка ,чистота удобство ,достатъчно пространство отвън и отвътре. Ние се придвижвахме много лесно до този дом .Домакините са винаги на разположение за подкрепа. Непременно ще се върна отново.

Vi var vilde med stedet. Perfekt beliggenhed i forhold til by, strand og natur. En virkelig lækker bolig, med den mest fantastiske vært. Huset blev grundigt rengjort under vores ophold, ligesom håndklæder og sengetøj blev skiftet undervejs. Sidst men ikke mindst fik vi små gaver undervejs fra vores betænksomme vært. Vi følte os meget velkomne og kommer meget gerne igen.

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Elena hatte uns bei Unternehmungen tatkräftig unrerstützt und war sehr bemüht uns den Aufenthalt so schön als möglich zu machen. Die Unterkunft war sauber und es wurde an alles gedacht. Die Küche ist ein bisschen klein, aber das wussten wir vor der Anreise ja schon. Der Grill ist eine gute Alternative uns die vielen griechischen Restaurants bueten leckeres Essen.
