Welcome to our old farmhouse, of which a part of the former stable has been transformed into an atmospheric B&B. Particularly furnished with a lot of art on the wall and a well-stocked bookcase. Leeuwarden is 'by far' the prettiest city of the Netherlands! And it's only a 3 minutes walk to the city center. This 100 year old, cute house is located in the peaceful and quiet Vossenparkwijk. The 2 city parks Prinsentuin and Vossenpark are around the corner and you can almost see the famous Tower of the Oldenhove from the garden. Relax in the backyard with a cup of tea or go out for dinner in one of the very good restaurants in the city! Enjoy!

Sleeping with the sheep & a whole herd of horses.

Waking up overlooking the dining room of a herd of horses living in freedom, 2 pigs making their bed every night in front of the window and sometimes a sheep walks by. Closer to the pure things in life. Therefore, there is no WiFi and no TV. There is a large table to play games together and a lovely sofa to drink a glass of wine together. Sleeping in a gypsy wagon, how nice is that! Peace, space and nature, that's what you'll find at this beautiful spot. In the morning, the rolling, vast meadows on either side of the gypsy wagon are beautiful. The gypsy wagon is completely on the space, but is still centrally located. Bolsward is only 4 kilometers away and Sneek 8 kilometers. Due to its favorable location (near the A7), Amsterdam is only an hour's drive away.
