Monthly Rentals in Niijima

It was a very nice and comfortable stay. We've heard other reviews say you're concerned about the sound along the road. There are also earplugs in the ample amenities, so we had a stress-free night's sleep. We had a peaceful stay in a space where you can feel everywhere with attention to detail. We stayed for 6 nights and had wonderful time in the villa. The host was very helpful and responsive when we needed something (our fault, not theirs). the view from the balcony is incredible and we used the sauna at least once a day. We were staying with our 2 year old son and can recommend to families. We hired a car and drove to shimoda from kyoto which we enjoyed, would suggest having a car in this location, there's plenty of other great beaches etc within a short drive if you don't just want to stay around the accommodation. Only takes less than 5 mins to get into town for restaurants etc too, although we used the BBQ on the deck several times which we all enjoyed. Thanks for having us.

Used for the second time.It was a great experience, just like last time! The room is very nice, so it's good to use as a base for sightseeing, but it's also perfect for relaxing in the room and chatting as you please.It was a blissful space to lie on a nice sofa in a warm room, with a hot carpet, put my child to sleep in the Japanese-style room next door, and chat while drinking late at night.There are also lots of children's play tools. Also, I'm really grateful for the owner's warm hospitality and service.Also, they respond quickly. I asked for a boat and sea bream shabu-shabu, and it was also wonderful, luxurious, and delicious.Recommended!
