Great place! The beach is very quiet and during the week days in June it was basically private for us. The view is amazing. The location is a bit remote, and although the hosts were very kind to not leave us starving, be prepared with your groceries. The closest shop is 20 minutes away by car. The sea has amazing blue water. If you seek a bit of “get away from people” this is a definite go-to place. If you expect life, cities and beaches full with people and bars - don’t bother.

Delightful house surrounded by nature! Beautiful, clean, with very special decor. It combines mountain with sea. We enjoyed the tranquility and the nice aura he gave us. Mrs. Anastasia is very helpful, helpful, cheerful and is there for you for anything you need! We highly recommend it!!

This beautiful stone house in Greece is a wonderful place to spend your holidays. It has a lovely garden with flowers on different levels and offers stunning views of the sea. A door from the house opens directly to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and the sea. The hosts - Elena and Katerina are very friendly and keep the place clean, ensuring a pleasant stay for everyone. It's a perfect spot for anyone wanting to relax and soak in the beauty of Greece. I highly recommend it!

At first we were a little disorientated by the relative quiet of Kottes in September when there is less tourism compared with the busier Agia Kiryaki 10 minutes drive away. But it didn't take long to adapt to the slow gentle pace of this tranquil paradise. The friendly Taverna d'Angelo 100 m down the beach offered fresh fish and drinks and there is always something interesting happening on the beach or at sea. The village of Trikeri (30 minute walk) is also delightful as are the other nearby beaches such as Alogoporos. Villa Felitsa is even better (and more spacious) than the photos suggest, right in the centre of the bay. It has been tastefully and thoughtfully refurbished, fully equipped, stable wi fi, almost instant hot water, perfect balcony upstairs and outdoor sitting space downstairs. Instructions crystal clear. Vasilios was super helpful, proactive and responsive.A pleasure to deal with. A jewel of a house in a jewel of a location. A real find. We hope to return.

We felt comfortable in Andy's beautiful house from the first moment. It is very lovingly and individually furnished. Anda baked us a delicious quiche to welcome us and brought eggs from her chickens. She was always quick to reach if we had a question and took great care of us. We had some cool weather at first, but in the house it was so cozy that we liked to spend the cool days inside. From the balcony you have a fantastic view of the mountains and the sea - really great! And in the evening we enjoyed the starry sky. You definitely need a car to shop and eat (tavernas in Oreoi at the harbor) or for the beach. There is a nice little pebble beach at the Taverna Agrogiali - Kouvelis Constantine (good food) behind Kastri (about 35 min) and a beautiful sandy beach behind Loutra Gialtron (also with good tavernas), in front of the Club Med (about 1 hour). We absolutely LOVED our stay at Dimitra and Ioannis’ place in Kalamos. The house is even more gorgeous than the pictures and we instantly felt at home. We especially loved the day bed (where our baby slept), the view (oh that view!) and the location. Kalamos is a beautiful, sleepy village off the main road with great beaches within walking distance (at least 4). Dimitra and Ioannis gave us incredible local recommendations for swimming, eating and other activities. Cannot recommend their place highly enough and will definitely be back. 10/10

The house is superb. Has everything you need and more. It’s really located in the most wonderful spot and it’s really great for families who are looking for a very peaceful and relaxing vacation. It’s not a club med regarding verity of activity options around . There is , besides the private beach another most beautiful beach within a 3 min walk . Rare and one of the most amazing places to hang around. A car with you is a MUST. The host , was very nice and helpful and proactive.
