The guest house with the vacation lofts "Ostera" and "Westera" is located on the rural property Sonnenhügel. In the former stable building, historical elements with contemporary design have been combined in a special way. Ostera shows the love of clear but warm simplicity, combined with a certain eye for special details. We wanted to create a place where you can find balance and harmony everywhere. The crackling fireplace in the sleeping area creates special moments of togetherness.

Our exclusive vacation home Somerset is located in a walking distance of about 350 m as the crow flies to the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. The house was built in 2019 in massive construction and extends over 3 floors including underfloor heating, on approx. 90 square meters of living space. The bright and friendly semi-detached house furnished in a maritime style can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.

50m² Holiday Cottage for 1-4 People Near the Beach, with a Sunny Garden and Terrace. It features a bedroom with a double bed, a comfortable fold-out double bed in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area with a dining table, sofa, and large Smart TV, as well as a bathroom with a shower. This small, cozy holiday home is a quiet retreat in the middle of the small farmhouse for 2 - 5 people: On 40 square meters over two floors, the living room and bedroom, a small country house kitchen and a shower room extend over two floors. The terrace surrounds the house facing southwest, overlooking the paddock and the forest.
