Our cozy 3-room accommodation is located in a quiet area in Koblenz Neuendorf in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine bank. It is located on the 1st floor and is well equipped. The banks of the Rhine are about 2 minutes' walk, where public, free parking is also available. There is also a bus connection (2/12) to the city, which you can reach from the property in 4 minutes on foot. Near the bus stop: bakery, kebab, pizza, Asian snack, pharmacy, savings bank

The house is surrounded by greenery and yet close to the city. The panorama over the Rhine Valley and the city up to the Deutsches Eck is unique. The house is flooded with light. In the living room there is a Steinway grand piano and a library. Have breakfast in the conservatory or on the terrace in front of the kitchen. One of the bedrooms is particularly large and has its own bathroom. In three of the bedrooms, the mattresses have been on the floor so far.
