Our family-run organic farm is situated 985 m above sea level with a beautiful view on the alps. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and a cosy sheltered patio with a great view that is situated directly next to a big garden.

The place is amazing and very cozy. It is very near the train station and the supermarket and just in front of the ski rent store. Everything was perfect and we look forward to coming back here!

We highly recommend this cabin! We stayed here for a few days during our ski trip and were absolutely delighted. First of all, the host was an amazing person—very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. She gave us great recommendations. The cabin itself looked even better than in the photos—spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed with great attention to detail. The large windows offered breathtaking mountain views, making every morning feel magical. The atmosphere was incredible, and the location was perfect for both relaxation and outdoor activities. We will definitely come back at the first opportunity and highly recommend this place to everyone!

Spacious flat in a great location. Close proximity to ski resorts - closest to Zell am See and Kaprun but we mainly went to Saalbach which is 30-40min away by car. The balcony overlooking the mountains was great for relaxing after skiing. Shop within a short distance. Highly recommended.
