Centrally located on the Island, this spacious home is perfect for two families, featuring two kitchens, two bathrooms, and two washing machines. Enjoy privacy or togetherness with a door that divides the living spaces. Close to the Frisian Museum, Grethjens Gasthof, bakery, agriculture market, and playground, with Nieblum Strand just a 14-minute bike ride away. The large front garden is perfect for outdoor fun, with a badminton net and Kubb game available. Bed linens and towels are included.

The living space is about 33 square meters and is divided into a small hallway, bathroom, kitchen and the living/sleeping room. Freshly and high-quality renovated in 2026, this studio offers a stylish retreat in the middle of Westerland. The apartment is on the 8th floor and convinces with lots of light, modern design as well as a completely new kitchen and a high-quality bathroom. The beach, promenade and Friedrichstrasse with its restaurants, cafés and boutiques are just a few steps away. This makes the apartment the ideal base for discovering Sylt and at the same time living centrally and comfortably.

Old Canoe Barn

Welcome to our terp in Waygaard on Bottschlotter See. The Old Canoe Hous is a lovingly furnished, open 130 square meter apartment in our thatched-roof barn with a view of the lake, the surrounding meadows and the North Frisian marsh. It is ideal for nature lovers: you can fish, canoe, cycle around the accommodation and watch the flocks of birds that use the lake, which is partly a nature reserve, as a migration and nesting site. The lake is used for windsurfing and wingfoiling.

Cozy under thatch

You will be staying in the middle of the beautiful island of Föhr in the village of Midlum. The loft-like guest area upstairs in my dreamlike thatched roof house welcomes you. You have your own kitchen and bathroom at your disposal. You will sleep in a 140 x 200 bed. A kitchen sofa as a bed (80 x 200 m) for a 3rd guest is available. You can make yourself comfortable on the couch in front of the TV. Tourist tax is payable on site with me in cash separately.

Rauszeit SPO - Vintage charm behind the dike

"Treat yourself to some time out!" – it wasn't hard for me as a city dweller to get into this mindset. You can hardly imagine a more striking contrast to the hustle and bustle of the big city. The "Rauszeit" is a quiet terraced house located in the district of Böhl near the lighthouse. Prices include a laundry package and the guest card for SPO. Arriving by car is recommended.
