Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Nicosia

Locația este centrală, acest aspect ne-a bucurat cel mai mult. Dacă ai de gând să hoinărești toată ziua și doar seara să ajungi la cazare, această cameră este perfectă. Este puțin zgomot seara, fiind zona centrală, însă pe noi nu ne-a deranjat acest aspect. Am fost foarte obosiți datorită plimbărilor din timpul zilei pentru a mai lua în seamă zgomotul de afară. Ne-am simțit foarte bine, recomand datorită locației centrale!

We had a lovely stay, the apartment is spacious and nicely decorated. We especially loved the gym, sauna and pool area.

Very nice apartment. Gym and pool rather underwhelming. A bit far from the center, but still a decent location. Hosts very communicative and responsive. We had a car so it was good to have private parking. Very nice balcony off the kitchen.

Had a great stay! The host was very hospitable and made me feel welcome from the start. The room was spotless, with clean bed sheets, and the bathroom was also well-maintained. He was very friendly and easy to chill with, which made the stay even better. Overall, a great experience—I would definitely recommend!

Alloggio molto carino! Di dimensione perfetta e in posizione ottima per visitare il centro città a piedi. L’alloggio è molto confortevole, in zona tranquilla e centrale. Efficientissimo nelle comunicazioni il proprietario e col self check in è stato tutto molto comodo. Ci tornerei assolutamente, tutto davvero confortevole e riposante.

This is a high-end apartment right in the middle of all the action that Nicosia has to offer. The hostess was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful with all my questions and needs. The pool in the building is way to cold to use, and though very beautiful, no one was there to enjoy it. The gym is great and well maintained. Overall very pleasant and comfortable stay in a great location.

Andy is a friendly and helpful host. His cats make a wondeful welcoming committee (a purrrrrfect one to say the least). Whenever you have a question, Andy will gladly answer. Moreover, there are no problem with Andy, only solutions. Would you encounter an issue, Andy will resolve it as fast as possible. Concerning the bedroom, I was in a spacious bedroom, with plentiful intimacy. The bathroom is the best I have ever used in Cyprus : it's large, it's clean and the water pressure is great and the temperature is easily ajusted (not burning hot in the day, nor icy cold after sunset). The neighbourhood is calm, and despite being "out" of the city center, you can reach downtown easily either by foot, bicycle or bus. On top of that, Andy can suggest you different kind of activies (as hiking or biking), and can recommend various pastry shops to try (for sweets-lovers). It's a place which feels like home !

schönes Haus, abgelegen in den bergen. schön um einfach kraft zu tanken. der gastgeber und sein vater sind sehr zuvorkommend! die unterkunft ist nicht so leicht zu finden. der rechte parkplatz (auf welchen man parken soll) ist nicht für kleine Fahrzeuge (kia picanto) geeignet (man kommt unten auf). vorher mit dem gastgeber absprechen ob auf den anderen geparkt werden kann.

J'ai passé deux mois particulièrement agréables dans le studio d'Andy à Datacom House. Le studio était très bien équipé, avec une salle de bain agréable et de vastes placard où ranger mes costumes (je venais à Nicosie pour le travail). Andy s'est montré un hôte prévenant et attentionné, très attentif à ce que tout fonctionne et à fournir tout ce qui peut être utile pour son invité (adaptateur par exemple). Andy aime la compagnie et se montre très intéressé à connaître la culture d'autres pays et à partager celle de Chypre. Nous avons eu aussi des discussions sur la situation internationale passionnées et passionnantes. Andy adore les discussions mais il sait aussi se faire discret quand il le faut. Au fil des jours, Andy est devenu un ami que je reverrai avec plaisir. Mon séjour dans le studio d'Andy a beaucoup contribué à faire de ces deux mois à Chypre un temps mémorable , heureux et chaleureux et j'en remercie Andy de tout coeur.

Andy was a great host, attentive, flexible and accommodating, even going above and beyond the call of duty.
