La Casa degli Oleandri is located inside the ancient Baglio di Borgopetra, built in the 1700s, lovingly restored and since then open to hospitality. Inside the property, there are 3 other apartments of different sizes, all tastefully furnished with family furniture and souvenirs from around the world, and arranged around the inner courtyard. The apartment, equipped with all modern comforts, is located next to the majestic Basilicata Santa Caterina, between the sea and Etna in the typical agricultural village of Pedara, famous for its excellent production of grapes, must and chestnuts. It overlooks Etna on one side and the natural park of Monte Troina with its natural and wildlife riches on the other. Next to it, on the same floor, is another apartment with 3 beds.
