Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Nickajack Lake

Kadie was quick to respond and gave authentic descriptions of her property. This is the perfect spot for two moms visiting their kiddos at UTC. We had plenty of room and the bedroom with two twin beds was perfect for us-looked like a super nice dorm room! The neighborhood is great and we felt safe and comfortable during our stay. This is a gem of a place.

Me and my wife had a wonderful stay at Tim and Paulina's place. Both hosts were welcoming and accommodating. They gave worthwhile recommendations about the city. Moreover, It is a studio apartment with a beautifully maintained private backyard offering amazing scenic mountain and city views. The place was super clean with everything you need for a stay. They also have two friendly dogs! Our overall stay was very nice. Recommended for a peaceful stay!

We came into town for a wedding and it was in the perfect place to be between where we needed to be and also Chattanooga. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it for anybody. April

Great location and great view! The apartment is comfortable and clean. You can hear the road noise at night but it's not bad and they do provide a sound machine. The location is well worth the bit of road noise. Would definitely recommend this one!!

David was a great host (Joanna was out of town during my stay)! He was very responsive & had suggestions for local eateries and parks. I was there for work and had a big pickup truck, so my designated parking spot was a tight fit. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again if I need a place for a week or longer.

We felt right at home! Greg’s place was SPOTLESS and the location could not be beat. Walkable to several restaurants, and a short drive to everything Chattanooga has to offer. We loved having access to a kitchen and washer/dryer and dedicated parking spot. Would recommend this place again and again!

We enjoyed our stay at Lauren’s place, the three bedrooms work best for our family. The condo is in an old building and efficiently organized, the balcony is a really nice feature. We walked back one day from Mellow Mushroom downtown and it took us 30 minutes, I had completely forgotten about the shuttle to the Choo Choo… we would stay here again. Thanks!

This house was wonderful! The location was walking distance to several great restaurants and fun things to do. Check in was very easy and the house was very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet. We loved sitting on the front porch in the mornings and evenings! We come to Chattanooga often and this will definitely be our go-to for a place to stay. We had a great stay at Jeff's place. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. There wasn't much need for communication, as the instructions were clear and had all the details we needed, but I did have question about check out and Jeff responded quickly. The beds were comfortable, the home was clean and welcoming and we would definitely stay here again.

The host were extremely helpful and responsive! The neighborhood, although it was industrial, felt safe and the home was a perfect space for hosting my small wedding and it is convenient to downtown. The porch is huge and allowed for ample space. I would rent this home again in a heartbeat!

My family of 5 and our dog stayed at this wonderful location! It was clean, spacious, and very walkable to alot of different places downtown. We really enjoyed it! Forrest was a wonderful host! We will definitely be coming back again

I must say, this was an exceptional property to stay at! Everything was top-notch, from cleanliness to an enormous amount of room! It's always the small things that I notice, and one thing that really caught my attention was the pillows on my bed….one really light and soft and one memory foam and super solid! The kitchen had everything we could need for a trip, as well as the bathroom, plenty of towels and toiletries as well. I would highly recommend this property!

Awesome location! SO MANY walkable restaurants and bars. Definitely recommend Niedlov’s Cafe & Bakery for breakfast, State of Confusion for lunch, drinks and nightlife, and Main Street Meats for the best steaks and bourbon/whiskey selection in Chattanooga. Note that there is an elevator around back if you have heavy luggage. Also remember that you are literally in the middle of the most dynamic and active part of town. We always travel with a bluetooth speaker and our white noise app so had no problem getting a great night’s sleep. Thank you for being such a great host, Missy!!

We loved this place. So clean, quiet and comfortable. Close to the river walk, could easily walk to the aquarium area. We loved seeing Chattanooga for the first time. We will be back

This was our second stay at Chad’s condo. It was perfect for us last year and remains that way. Chattanooga is a great city with lots to do and the central location of Chad’s place makes it convenient for walking and driving around the city and surrounding areas. The condo is well-furnished and the beds and furniture are comfortable. There is plenty of space for everyone to relax and it is so nice to be able to do laundry. Our family of four highly recommends Chad’s condo!

We love coming to Chattanooga and this is the perfect area for us. Jarrett’s place was great! We’ll be back. We had absolutely no problems everything was great!

This was absolutely PERFECT. It was EXACTLY as described and even a bit better! It was clean, comfortable, and adorable. They were completely transparent about parking and street noise but not even once did either of those things bother us. We will definitely stay here again.
