Open kitchen floor plan, natural light, and four bedrooms to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests (up to 8 for immediate family). We are best suited as a QUIET & peaceful retreat. We are located in a full time residential neighborhood.

Perched on a cliff overlooking the best sunset views from Lookout Mountain, sits the famous "Shangri-Little", from the hit show, Tiny House Nation! We created this luxury tiny house experience to give you the best sunset, the best sleep, and an incredible connection with nature. Our secluded location is just off of Scenic HWY, in close proximity to all of Chattanooga's coveted outdoor adventures! Rock City, Ruby Falls, and Cloudland Canyon (Waterfall Hikes) are all within a 10 minute drive!

Nestled deep in the woods and surrounded by trees and birdsong, this peaceful retreat is the perfect escape from everyday life—yet only 35 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. Step outside and you’ll hear the gentle flow of the creek just steps away. Sip your morning coffee on the porch, soak in the hot tub under the stars, or simply enjoy the quiet serenity of the forest. This cabin was made for slowing down.

The Nest by the River

This private, romantic house is the perfect getaway for couples. Constructed in 2017, this two story house is set in the backdrop of the Tennessee River gorge. Oversized glass windows on both floors provide breathtaking view of the river and surrounding mountains. Just 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga and five minutes from kayak and stand up paddle boarding rentals as well as hiking trails. Please only those 21 and up. Please note the house is up in a hill, the driveway is steep.

The Lookout Mountain Birdhouse

Welcome to my custom-built Aframe in the forest just 90 mins from Nashville. This quiet retreat perched on the Cumberland Plateau was recently featured in Travel + Leisure and gives you access to the hikes and waterfalls the area is known for, while offering an elevated experience. Enjoy the soaking tub, gas fireplace, fast wifi, Smart TV, well-appointed kitchen, and bluff views. Nickajack Overlook

Please note - this rental is not on the lake and does not have lake access, it just overlooks it from across the road. There are three boat launch access areas that are 6 minutes from the property. This cottage overlooks Nickajack lake and is a perfect place to relax! Located outside of Chattanooga, just one mile off exit 161 on I-24. This location has 2 king beds, and a small bunk room (with RV size mattresses)
