Newly renovated studio with a private sunny terrace located in the Antiques district close to the Port of Nice. The 24 m2 studio (+ 7 m2 terrace) has a light, airy open-plan living space including a fully equipped kitchen-diner, lounge/bed room with a top quality Italian fold-down sofa bed. Separate bathroom with spacious shower, WC and washing machine. It is on the 1st floor (US: 2nd floor) with an elevator. The new tram line - just 300m away - is a real advantage (see Getting Around below).

Françoise & Noël are welcoming you in their family apartment, in their dream. 4 guests will lose their breath watching the spectacle, enjoying a moment on the terrace. The apartment is located at the foot of the Basse Corniche where buses pass towards Villefranche-sur-Mer, Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Eze, Cap d'Ail, Monaco, Menton.

Within a private road that leads you directly to the beach (about 3 min walk), the port (about 7 min walk) and the tram. Atypical accommodation near the city center. No contact with other residents. Free parking on site reserved for residents in the private lane.
