Cozy, little and modern apartment, with all thats needed for a stay! Peacful area, you can walk to the sea and also enjoy forest! Fully recommend this apartment!

Apartment was just like the pictures, very clean, modern and well-equipped. The only minus is that you have to wait very long for warm water and eve after a while it was not as warm as we would have liked. But overall - great place, sea is not too far. Would recommend.

Agnesės siųlomas butas yra nuostabus. Nepriekaištingai švarus. Viskas gerai apgalvota, gyvenome 10 parų ir pasijutome lyg namuose, nieko netrūko. Viskuo buvome aprūpinti su kaupu. Iki paplūdimio pėsčiomis 10min. Galima vykti automobiliu, šalia jūros yra didelė nemokama automobilių stovėjimo aikštelė, kurioje visada yra laisvų vietų. Kitą vasarą mes būtinai sugrįšime pas Agnesę.

Apartment Eva is very cozy and family friendly place where to stay in heart of Liepāja. It is apartment where you can find everything that you need for holidays 👍Very good and friendly communication with Anita. Only thing was a bit unfriendly neighbours, because we parked our car in the "wrong" parking place, even it was written that it is that is free parking...maybe for another guests it can be useful to make some signs for apartment Eva parking place, but it is only our suggestions 🙂

Labai jaukūs apartamentai, jūra netoli, jausmas kaip namie. Viskas netgi geriau nei tikėtasi. Apgalvota kiekviena detalė, įrengimas tobulo grožio, ideali tvarka. Yra absoliučiai visos reikalingos priemonės ir įrankiai. Esant galimybei sugrįšim 😊

A wonderful, quiet place to relax. A clean new house, everything is there for a comfortable stay. There is enough space for four people. A big plus was the terrace with a table, sun loungers and parking. The sea is not far away, and the path to it through a beautiful forest, which brought special pleasure. The center can be quickly reached by car, independent quick check-in, good Wi-Fi. We had a great time. Thanks Ericas!

Wir haben die Tage in Sventoji sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist schön, komfortabel und durchdacht eingerichtet, und die Dachterrasse mit Meerblick und die Nähe zum Meer sind toll. Wir hatten uns die Wohnung etwas geräumiger vorgestellt, da wir sie für einen Workation-Aufenthalt nutzen wollten. Viktorija war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit und hatte gute Tipps. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen, wenn wir in der Gegend sind.

The place is really minimal and basic. However, it is very cheap. Exactly what I was looking for, in my stay. Next to Palanga but not inside it, so you need to drive by a car to be comfortable. It was difficult for me to locate it because Google Map was not able to route / show the way correctly, however this was solved with instructions in chat and I managed to find the place.

Viešnagė perėjo labai sklandžiai, buitis puikiai aprūpinta, yra visko, ko gali prireikti patogiai kasdienybei. Nors šalia yra pora namų, mums pasisekė, ir kaimynystėje nieko nebuvo - tad viešnagė buvo labai rami ir tyli. Nuostabu, jog antrame aukšte, atsidarius langą, galima girdėti jūros ošimą. Kalbant apie jūrą, ją pasiekti pėsčiomis galima per 10-12 min. Tiesa, šiuo metų laiku, keliukas su didelėmis balomis, tačiau tai problemų nesudarė. Komunikacija su Jurgiu puiki. Ačiū už viešnagę 🤍

1. The place is amazing, we stayed for 2 weeks with our dog. The photos fully match reality, the apartment is comfortable, and clean, with all the needed stuff to stay for a long and short time. The place is private, silent and extremely peaceful, even thought it is surrounded by other apartments (you cannot really see or even hear the neighbors). 2. The sea is 15-20 minutes walk - ideal if you like to walk and/or have a dog to walk. There is also pool in the general area + sauna in 5 mins walking range. 3. Host is awesome - answered quicky, provided all the instructions, made it clear. Very friendly and nice person! Thanks a ton for hosting us!

Viskas apgalvota iki detalių, jauku, stilinga, įrengta labai kokybiškai. Patiko, kad apartamentuose yra daug erdvės. Ugnė draugiškai ir greit atsako į iškilusius klausimus. 😊

We had a good time at Martyna’s place. It’s big, comfortable, beautiful and brand new house with a covered veranda and a spacious garden, which was especially appreciated by our children. Close to the beach. Inside the house there is everything for a comfortable and quiet holiday, including blackout curtains! We had a force major during our stay and we really appreciated Martyna’s réaction towards our situation. Thank you very much and we highly recommend this new elegant house for holiday to everyone !

Spent a great long weekend here enjoying the unspoiled and nearly 100% empty nearby beach. The house was just as described - everything new and tastefully done. Clean kitchen items and good appliances and amenities. Stovetop and kettle but no oven (there is an air fryer though). Good bathroom and bedroom and tasteful living room opening up to a nice deck looking at a green landscape with the sea just beyond. We enjoyed grilling and lounging on the outdoor furniture. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk and is perfect for long walks and sunset vistas. There didn’t seem to otherwise be easy access for the public so it was extremely peaceful. Liepaja is about 15-20 minutes away if you need groceries and restaurants. Asta was easy to work with and always very responsive. Flexible about checkin and friendly.

Cosy and comfortable place to stay. House is spacious and very well thought. Calm and atmospheric location. Good communication with the host.

Все необходимое в квартире есть. Хозяева хорошие. Проблем не было.

Viskas buvo puiku, tik vienintelis užkliuvęs dalykas, tai vandens slėgis maudantis. Maudantis stipresne srove slėgis tiesiog nukrisdavo ir vanduo bėgdavo silpnesne srove nei turėtų. Tačiau apart to, viskas buvo idealu tiek pačiuose apartamentuose, tiek bendravime.

We liked everything! All was as advertised! Laimonas is a great host. Always responsive and proactive. Definitely worth the money. Great place to discover Palanga from here. We would love to come back and can recommend to anyone but especially families with kids.

Super! Švaru, tvarkinga, patogi vieta, viskas ko reikia!

Jaukus, nedidelis būstas, yra visko, ko reikia maisto gamininui, net būtiniausi produktai, dušo reikmenys, iki jūros apie 1 kilometrą, prie pat oro uostas, bet lėktuvų skaidžioja vos keli, privažiavimas žvirkeliu. Toloka nuo miesto ir šiek tiek trūksta privatumo, nes iš abiejų pusių terasos labai arti kaimynai, bet, apskritai, komplekso teritorija labai tvarkinga. Rekomenduojame apsistoti!

Gustavs apartment is lovely. It is furnished in an eclectic style and comfortable. There were 3 of us and we had plenty of space. It was clean and there was all that we needed. Its location is excellent near supermarkets and the market. Also the sights are walkable. We liked Liepaja very much and Gustavs apartment contributed to our enjoyment.
