This place was great! My party and I had an amazing stay. The house was very clean and looked like the pictures. The beds were very comfortable as well. Cathy was very communicative and answered all my questions.

Super clean, quiet and comfortable with lots of great touches. We didn’t get the best weather for lake life but the house made up for it nicely. Look forward to staying again someday!

The house was very clean, with a beautiful, large, well stocked kitchen. The view was lovely and it was wonderful hanging out on the deck. The beds were very comfortable. The house would be a little more practical if one of the bedrooms had two beds, so more people could sleep in the actual bedrooms. The pull out beds were not as comfortable and the bed in the loft is only accessible with a ladder. However, for a small group or people who aren’t picky about their sleeping arrangements it is a fantastic place to stay. You can’t beat the view and proximity to the water!

We were looking to stay somewhere peaceful and relaxing to celebrate a graduation, and this property hit every mark. In a weird way, the photos dont do it justice with how nice the property is and how comfortable it was to stay in. The host was also very responsive and reasonable with our check in / check out. 10/10 will try to come back one day!

The house was great and we were able to get Ubers to go to dinner. Beautiful house and stocked with everything you would need. We were on a girls weekend and had trouble with the locks but we just used the key. It could have just been us. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the home.

A Perfect Family Getaway! We had a fantastic week with our children and grandkids! The house was just three homes away from a private beach, making it incredibly convenient for beach days. The neighborhood was peaceful, walkable, and full of super friendly people. One of our favorite local spots was Black Point Market—absolutely adorable! The owner and staff were so welcoming. They serve amazing grilled breakfast sandwiches, fresh lunches, scoop ice cream, baked goods, candy, sodas, beer, and all the essentials you might need. Downtown Niantic was another highlight, with its scenic boardwalk, charming shops, great restaurants, and plenty of ice cream options for the kids (and adults!). We also took a couple of day trips to Mystic Aquarium and the Mystic Seaport Museum—both were fun, educational, and memorable for the whole family. And don’t miss Vincitori Apizza in Niantic! Jennifer's place was a great option for us in the chaos of finding a wedding spot in Memorial Day weekend. We flew with our little one for the first time and needed a place that would be able to accommodate us. The availability of a pack-and-play, a high chair, and other helpful baby items made our stay much easier and less stressful. We were comfortable, in a great area, and the communication was amazing.

Wow!!! This is the nicest airbnb I have ever stayed in. The property is beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by trees with lots of privacy. The cottage itself is immaculate (I’m very particular about cleanliness). The dining area is stunning with skylights and beautiful trees outside and great light! The hosts were also so welcoming and friendly, they included so many nice touches for my baby including a pack and play/travel crib, diaper changing area, and toys! I hope to stay here again every time we come to this area!

We booked this place to be close the the festival downtown and it was. 1.3 miles or 25 minutes walk. Perfect for us. The Airbnb was clean and spacious. Shower is a little small but ok. King bed is very comfortable. Yummy welcome treats on the table was a nice touch. Keurig pods and maker available for your pleasure. Well lit and very secure. Felt safe at all times. Great place to book if you need to stay in this area.

The place was so cute and cozy, the host was so sweet and responsive. She stocked it with snacks for us and set the place up ready for us when we got there. Lovely experience.

Lovely town and environment. Very spacious and fully equipped apartment. The two bedrooms are separated from each other by the big kitchen, a little reading room and the living room…so good privacy. Two TVs. Comfy beds! The small town is an easy and pleasant walk. It’s a ground floor apartment under the owners house, so be prepared for the patter of little dog feet above. We did not see the owners but communication was terrific. Great place to stay in the vicinity.

Beautiful fall stay at Jo’s! Loved the space, amenities, and especially all the directions and recommendations for the area. Will definitely come back again if we are in the area.

Great space, lovely view, and nice amenities. Very close to everything. If you're a very light sleeper, the train may bother you since it starts at 6am - but we had a toddler, so he was fascinated. I would recommend it!

The Villa was exactly as described! Easy communication with owner. A perfect getaway weekend, every amenity we could want or need! Look forward to visiting again in the near future!

we had s great time staying at the apartment! it was way more spacious than we thought from the pictures, the balcony was amazing, you‘ll have sun through the whole day. Doug was a phenomenal host! We got their by LIRR and back with the hampton jitney. We rented two bikes in Montauk and it was amazing exploring the area by bike. Cannot recommend this area and the airbnb enough!

We had a great time and the property was immaculate! The hosts came by with extra towels quickly upon request and it was a holiday. Recommended!

We love staying here. This was our 3rd or 4th year in a row that we stayed here. It is a great location so close to the beach and the inlet. The unit is always neat and clean and Courtney and Chris are great hosts.
