Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Niagara

Was there for our passover holiday, the accommodation was above excellent and the location is a 5 minute drive from the falls, clifton hill and the chabad synagogue, the house is huge and spotless, would recommend anyone with a large family

This is our third time staying at Hannah and Zack’s house in Hamburg. It’s so comforting coming into this home. It’s laid out nicely, that’s great amenities, a peaceful location, and wonderful hosts! We can’t say enough about it. So if you’re in the local area, don’t hesitate to rent this place!

We had a great time at Julie’s private hideaway! The house was immaculate, beautifully furnished and very cozy with a gas fireplace in the living room and a lit Christmas tree to greet us! We were in town to see a Bills game and this house is a great find within a 30 minutes of the stadium. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Thank you, Julie!

We were very pleased with our stay here. Everything was exactly as described and you could smell how clean it was as soon as you entered! Lots of space for the 5 of us to visit, eat, and lounge around. It was beautiful weather so we were able to enjoy backyard and hot tub. Perfect place for a Girls getaway. I did notice a couple things from other reviews 1) Neighbourhood - sure it’s not fancy but I felt safe and used the same amount of caution as I would anywhere. 2) People who complained about notes - Why?? We appreciated them - clear instructions and certainly nothing unreasonable. Far was extremely helpful and responsive. I messed up our reservation and he fixed it for me - no problem at all. This is our 3rd Airbnb in NF - and it will be our go to!!! Thanks again Far! 😊

Edu is a great host and he provide us all the information about the area and showed us exact places to see and places for free parking, Really enjoyed his place with our guests also enjoyed a lot. Thank you Edu for everything you did for us.

This house was great! Super clean and comfortable with fresh smelling blankets and linens. You're right on the lake which is amazing with a huge backyard. The house has everything you need and the beds were very comfortable. You are on a busy road which can be a bit loud at night but the lake makes it comparable. Bill is a great host, had the fireplace going for us when we got there and was very responsive.

We had a great few nights at the house. The unit was perfect for the 6 of us to have our own space and also spend time together eating and enjoying conversations. Too cold to enjoy the fire pit but it looked lovely nestled among the vines. Definitely worth booking again if you’re wanting to explore the Bench.

kadir's place was fantastic. very comfortable and has everything you need. it's spacious and has great character. The hot tub is nice at the end of a day of walking. It's located less than 10 mins from NOTL where there's amazing restaurants. It's walking distance to a fantastic bakery and restaurants/bars and grocery store. All in all, it was an amazing 4 days and we'd absolutely stay at Kadir's place again!

What a beautiful stay! This charming 3-bedroom apartment in Tonawanda was the perfect mix of historic character and modern comfort. The high ceilings and stylish decor made it feel so spacious and inviting. We loved being just steps from the Niagara River and Erie Canal—perfect for morning walks. The kitchen was fully stocked and great for cooking meals in, and the smart TVs made for cozy evenings. Super convenient location near shops and restaurants, too. Truly a gem—we’d love to come back!

I absolutely LOVED my stay here. The decor was an absolute dream for me. So spacious, walkable to so many good places, well equipped. I will absolutely stay here again on my future trips to Buffalo.

Chris' place was exactly as advertised. A very large apartment, 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Everything we needed was there. The back yard was amazing. I wish we had more time to spend in it. Unfortunately it was too cold for the pool. I will definitely recommend it to anyone i know heading that way. I would definitely stay again. Thanks Chris!

The apartment is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, but very close (within walking distance) of restaurants, bars and cute shops. The apartment is also close to a beautiful park, an added bonus. We especially appreciated the coffee/tea and snacks Cheryl and Lance provided for our arrival. Great hosts!

Mary was very nice and accommodating. The place was clean and felt right at home. Will stay here again, if the opportunity presents itself :)

This place exceeds your expectations, so spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The canal view from the covered porch is such a nice feature to be able to watch the ships go by. There are a few really good restaurants within a block of Al's place that you have to try! We highly recommend this place and Al is a great host!

Right up front, let me just say that this condo is spectacular. Great location. Beautifully renovated. Unbelievable value. Salvatore was communicative and responsive leading up to our trip and throughout our stay. A wonderful host! Although I was a little skeptical when I first pulled down the street as the area is somewhat depressed - don't be discouraged. The neighborhood was quiet and the local restaurants were wonderful. I hope some of the other commercial establishments start to fill up again as it really is a great area. We crossed back and forth several times over the border without any delay. I would definitely recommend this spot for people wanting to visit Buffalo - although it's over the border it's so quick and easy and convenient. Also, the place was stunning! So beautifully restored and the pictures accurately captured the space. I know we'll be back in Buffalo in the spring/summer and we'll definitely stay in Fort Erie again. I hope the condo continues to be available.

This was a great location for those traveling to Niagara Falls. I enjoyed how it was close to the places that we wanted to tour. I also appreciated how responsive the host was when we needed support. Thank you for the stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Mary’s place! I was in town for a work trip and felt right at home. The space was clean with a very spacious backyard. Not too far from Niagara Falls, restaurants, shopping and other things to do. Mary was very friendly, and always quick to respond. I would highly recommend this place, and look forward to returning when I’m back in town!

Mary is an excellent host we was blown away with the hospitality the beautiful condo we stayed in. Everything was clean neat and inorder no clutter. Mary left me a welcome card she made my stay feel so enjoyable we relaxed the entire weekend. I would love to come back and stay at Mary Airbnb condo again. Stayed here for a night before a wedding. Had some complications that were out of the hosts control and happened last minute. They worked with us on a solution and didn't cancel on us last minute. Overall happy.

Beautiful place! Easy check in! Felt very safe and comfortable! Around more than enough food options to choose from! Very responsive host! Was always readily available to answer any question I had! Would most certainly stay again!
