I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-located. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I truly appreciated their warm hospitality. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

I booked this place for one night before I traveled to Phu Quoc and was very satisfied. I arrived late at night, there were clear check-in instructions and everything worked out great. The view from the balcony was awesome, especially in the evening when all the lights of the houses and cars could be seen. There was a washing machine on the balcony, and certainly a big plus for a longer stay. There were also mini markets and restaurants downstairs. It was very clean and the host was easy to reach.

Exceeded our expectations! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived— no eerie or uncomfortable feelings. The place truly felt like home. Our toddler slept peacefully throughout the night, which says a lot about how cozy and safe it felt. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Thank you so much! We’d definitely stay here again if we return to Hanoi.

The apartment is located in a neighborhood with lots of greenery on the water and full of shops and restaurants. There are virtually no tourists and you feel completely immersed in Vietnamese culture. Due to the height on the 31st floor, it is quiet and the view is amazing. Diagonally opposite, you can see an old temple! Nice neighbors, conveniently arranged and very affordable!

The apartment is even nicer than the pictures. Looks brand new in an upscale building with a nice restaurant on the first floor. I didn't use the building amenities but it has a good gym and pool. I stayed there for 6 weeks and the kitchen had everything I needed, the king size bed was very comfy and strong water pressure in the shower (my top 3). There are lots of shops and street food within an easy walk and more around West Lake. Lotte Mall is 3 blocks away with nice restaurants, a big grocery and would be competition for any mall in the US. Very quiet neighborhood with Old town a convenient Grab ride away (about $2). I did 4 street food tours, great way to meet other travelers and learn how to order and eat the local food. Ms Hoa is a gem. She was very proactive, preparing me for my arrival and checking on me. Though I didn't need to contact her often because I never had a problem, she always replied quickly to my requests for info or recommendations.

This apartment was very comfortable and cost-effective. The host is friendly and active in communication. It's a place I can use often next time. I had a great time. 😊 Good!

I had pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment. The place is clean. It had a cozy and warm atmosphere. The furniture was comfortable, and the living room was huge, as we had 3 kids with us and they have enough space for playing. There was also a kids playground on the ground floor. The building was safe, as there are security guard even druing the night. We had no trouble getting to the place at 2AM when we checked in. Ha was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had.

This is very good quite location if you want to stay away from the old quarter noise and traffic

So sad to leave I WISH I could stay forever. Firstly the hosts are AMAZING they provided super good recommendation the bun cha around the corner seriously is one of the best I’ve had in the city. The house is also surrounded by cute cafes with great drinks. But if you are lucky and the host family are in they will invite you for coffee upstairs their coffee machine is amazing. Another great feature of the house is the toilet. It’s JAPANESE I was finding excuses to sit on that thing and press all the buttons, the drying feature is CRAZYYYY, like a warm hug :))) I would HEAVILY recommend this place anyone who wants a great local experience of Hanoi the hosts are so welcoming and have lived in Hanoi forever, true locals with all the insider tips and tricks!! You won’t regret a stay here.

the host was quite kind and had a good communication with us. the apartment is spacious and clean. the building has a big mart on the 1st floor and helped us a lot :) I recommend this place for people have a plan to visit this area, Hanoi

We had an amazing stay at this beautifully designed modern studio apartment. The aesthetics were stunning — truly one of a kind! The space was spotless, well-equipped with all essentials, and the view from the balcony was just the cherry on top. We especially loved the hot tub — such a perfect way to unwind. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout. Peaceful, stylish, and incredibly comfortable — couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

They guided me to the building I wanted, and I was so grateful that they answered everything right away. It was nice that they prepared it even though I requested it separately.

The location is a little far from the city center, but the amenities in the complex are so well equipped that there are no inconveniences to live. It's a newly built apartment, so it's clean and well-maintained. The host is also very friendly. If I come back for work, I'm so satisfied that I want to stay again.

The stay was fantastic and a really nice and comfortable place. It’s close to a lot of things and a quick taxi to everywhere else.

Apartment is as pictured; plus -comfortable bed -smart tv - nice building -attached to mall (separate entrance) w/ grocery store, coffee, delicious restaurants, pharmacy + typical stores Things to be aware of -minimal cutlery -hang dry clothes (no dryer)

Ideal place to stay, very attentive staff, ideal common areas, and everything very clean and tidy.
