The response from Linh are pretty fast. He is very helpful and proactive. The rooms were pretty amazing. One room has an awesome view and the other room has an Projector for Netflix and chill. There were small cons too, the drain for the washrooms was not proper so the water gets overflowed for sometime and the kitchen and utensils seems a bit worn and old which are manageable any how considering the price band. The Major plus point is the check-in and check-out timings. You have 24 hr check-in which is very great relief of our travel which we had issues at other locations. Overall it is an absolute go to and had an Comfortable stay.

Really nice airbnb! Great view of the ocean and islands. Very close to the beach and walkable to many restaurants / spas. We stayed for a short while and had rainy weather but very much enjoyed our stay in Nha Trang! Thank you :)

Very nice two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with 4K TV, beach views on two sides, and balconies across the living room and both bedrooms, facing the beach, with the Vinpearl island resort visible in the distance. Internet was fast and reliable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The apartment is in a hotel/apartment building in central Nha Trang, down a fairly quiet alley but close to lots of restaurants and half a block from the beach. The hotel has a nice breakfast buffet for 200k VND. There's also a nice rooftop pool, although I didn't use it. Being in central Nha Trang, you can hear a little bit of motorcycle noise in the apartment, but it's not too bad — the half-block buffer from the beachfront helps reduce the noise. The mattress in the master bedroom is thin and too firm; the mattress in the second bedroom is much better. The host arranged for airport transfer at a good rate, and when I reported an issue with one of the showers, it was fixed promptly. Overall great place.

Now I understand why all the good reviews. I gave 5 stars to everything too because: 1) space is so big and clean please future guests keep it clean as well!! Also all the furnitures are working very well 2) host is very reactive and always reply within minutes for any questions 3) kitchen is very well equipped 4) fridge is big 5) washing machine is super new and big there is also a space where to hang your clothes 6) elevator is very fast 7) fast check in and check out I couldn’t ask for more during my amazing stay.

The location is great. Everything is within walking distance . The price is of course a little I would say high for that amount of square meters , but this is the coastline and a tourist destination , so no complaints. Thank you . Clean room, everything is in the room, even a hand massager 👍

The apartment was very nice. I even booked the room for the wrong date but it was not a problem the host changed it immediately for me and communication was generally very fast. The breakfast was also good and the staff always nice. I will come again.

Excellent apartment. It was our home for a month and it was very enjoyable. Location was perfect . Very central to everything and minutes from beach. The balcony has sea views which were amazing. Some minor problems were rectified quickly by the host. Very nice pool as well. Would definitely stay there again. Recommended.

As a host, I want to experience the service of many hosts to exchange and share experiences. Rich's apartment at a super central location, the quality is quite good compared to the price. I encourage everyone to experience it.

Everything about this airbnb was wonderful! The views are breathtaking and it feels like a place like home. Highly recommended this place to anyone! The only downside to this place is that the pool is not free and we have to pay - even if you want to buy a drink, still would have to pay for the pool admission. However I will definitely stay at this place again! Cam on Bích!

Linh is very welcoming, the room is spacious with private bathroom, air conditioning, flexibility. Ideal location, close to the train station, the beach. Washing machine available. I recommend it 100%.

The host was very friendly. When I set up a travel accommodation, I tend to avoid hotels and resorts. It's scary to live like a local. I was always looking for the middle of it, and I noticed this place. First of all, I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the most important, and the atmosphere and feel of the house were good! And most of all, everything we appreciated is to the guest. I got badly burned in the hot sun, so every time I touched something, I couldn't sleep, so I had to contact them at 2 am, and they brought me aloe gel.: (On the day I went, it was a 3am flight, and the host son took us to a fun club. After playing all night, I took my own car to take a plane,,, I danced a lot and played well until the end. It was a pity to just watch us play on the table without playing with them. The whole family have good sense and nice!~ Thanks to you, I became a good memory.❤️😊👍
