The response from Linh are pretty fast. He is very helpful and proactive. The rooms were pretty amazing. One room has an awesome view and the other room has an Projector for Netflix and chill. There were small cons too, the drain for the washrooms was not proper so the water gets overflowed for sometime and the kitchen and utensils seems a bit worn and old which are manageable any how considering the price band. The Major plus point is the check-in and check-out timings. You have 24 hr check-in which is very great relief of our travel which we had issues at other locations. Overall it is an absolute go to and had an Comfortable stay.

Nice place to relax, very clean apartment with everything you need. On the ground floor in the same building there are nice shops and cafes, also in the neighboring buildings. Across the street is the beach, next to it a variety of simulators. Lovely host who was always quick to respond and willing to help in case of any problems. In general, the vacation experience was the most positive.

Very nice two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with 4K TV, beach views on two sides, and balconies across the living room and both bedrooms, facing the beach, with the Vinpearl island resort visible in the distance. Internet was fast and reliable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The apartment is in a hotel/apartment building in central Nha Trang, down a fairly quiet alley but close to lots of restaurants and half a block from the beach. The hotel has a nice breakfast buffet for 200k VND. There's also a nice rooftop pool, although I didn't use it. Being in central Nha Trang, you can hear a little bit of motorcycle noise in the apartment, but it's not too bad — the half-block buffer from the beachfront helps reduce the noise. The mattress in the master bedroom is thin and too firm; the mattress in the second bedroom is much better. The host arranged for airport transfer at a good rate, and when I reported an issue with one of the showers, it was fixed promptly. Overall great place.

Now I understand why all the good reviews. I gave 5 stars to everything too because: 1) space is so big and clean please future guests keep it clean as well!! Also all the furnitures are working very well 2) host is very reactive and always reply within minutes for any questions 3) kitchen is very well equipped 4) fridge is big 5) washing machine is super new and big there is also a space where to hang your clothes 6) elevator is very fast 7) fast check in and check out I couldn’t ask for more during my amazing stay.

The location is great. Everything is within walking distance . The price is of course a little I would say high for that amount of square meters , but this is the coastline and a tourist destination , so no complaints. Thank you . Clean room, everything is in the room, even a hand massager 👍

The apartment was very nice. I even booked the room for the wrong date but it was not a problem the host changed it immediately for me and communication was generally very fast. The breakfast was also good and the staff always nice. I will come again.

Excellent apartment. It was our home for a month and it was very enjoyable. Location was perfect . Very central to everything and minutes from beach. The balcony has sea views which were amazing. Some minor problems were rectified quickly by the host. Very nice pool as well. Would definitely stay there again. Recommended.

As a host, I want to experience the service of many hosts to exchange and share experiences. Rich's apartment at a super central location, the quality is quite good compared to the price. I encourage everyone to experience it.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is exactly as in the photos and description. The hostess could solve the problems and questions that arose. Very good renovation, excellent design, excellent view from the window. The robot vacuum cleaner did not work, and even after trying to fix it, it did not work properly, but we did not try to figure it out, since it did not bother us. Nice neighborhood and the residential complex itself is modern and new. The rooftop pool is very beautiful and comfortable. Right near the house in the stalls they sell fruit, and delicious smoothies, and Vietnamese coffee, and bahn mi at low prices and excellent quality. I recommend this place.

Thats really nice place for 3 couples, with all what you can needed

The Villa is Amazing Nice Pool to the Beach only 2 min Nice Villa complex if u need anything they will help you directly! One thing it’s very Bad I forgott my 2 expensive Shirts in the wardrobe and they told me they are Not there so anyone from the hotel staff stole it that’s Not Nice but all the Rest was very nice and Perfect.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. It even had a grand piano in the dining room. 10/10 would recommend.

The independent space is good for families to stay Various sauces are provided. You must bring towels when using the pool. The restaurant food was delicious.

It was a trip that all the families were satisfied with.
