This house in Nha Trang is absolutely fantastic! It’s in an amazing location, very close to the beach. Everything is within walking distance, from the beach to restaurants and cafes, all close by. Great wifi too. Linh was an excellent host, super friendly and welcoming. We’d love to stay here again someday!

Hoa is very nice and helpful. The view and equipment of this villa is great. Although it is a bit far from the downtown area, Hoa helped us to call Taxi every time so it is not a big issue. One unforgettable moment was that we experienced the celabration of Vietnamese after they won the football final match but we could not find any taxi. Luckily Hoa helped us a lot for us to be back to the villa otherwise we need to walk for a long time. Sincerely recommend to you who want to stay in Nha Trang.

An is an amazing host. Very helpful and quick with responses to are needs. The house is very beautiful, and in a quiet area. Only a few minutes in a taxi and you are in the heart of Nha Trang. 房东真的非常非常好！！！房子也很赞！HAVANA酒店...而且价格很划算！！酒店可以直通沙滩～打开窗能看到大海～入住的时候出了点问题，房东也及时处理了问题，非常好！就是我们不知道酒店离机场多远，据酒店两公里的机场已经停止了～所以下飞机以后需要接机的！房东提供的接机很便宜～但由于我们不知道那么远～所以没有让房东提供～很后悔！！总之，下次去还找她！！棒！

В целом все хорошо. Из плюсов - уборка в любое время по запросу. Хозяин всегда отвечает на вопросы и помогает в случае чего. Ну и конечно расположение, рядом с морем и рядом со всеми местными ресторанами. Из минусов - квартиру нужно освежить. Так же планировка, не очень прикольно, когда у тебя напротив кровати стиральная машина и раковина) ну и завышенная цена. В целом хозяин очень отзывчивый, помогал со всеми нашими запросами.

The arrival was very smooth, we were welcomed by the host personally, which was really nice. The apartment is exactly as it looks - plenty of space, especially storage room and well-equipped kitchen area. Definitely recommend this listing, especially because the hosts are very communicative and beyond helpful!

The place was perfect! After using homestays in Hanoi and a wonderful beach bungalow in Hoi An, this was a nice surprise, staying in a high-rise hotel with all the comfort and amenities the hotel offers! We had a great deal of fun along the beach and at those restaurants. A highlight was going the roof restaurant and to see what the disco was like on the top floor. We met the Managers and they, with the DJ, arranged a fun surprise for our anniversary! They treated us like VIP's. Thanks for such a pleasant, and different Airbnb experience!

Из окон открывается потрясающий вид на горы, реку и море. Полностью соответствует фотографиям и описанию! Отличное расположение. Море, рынки, супермаркет, различные магазинчики и кафешки в пешей доступности. Hanie (хозяйка) очень милая, комуникабельная, дружелюбная и ответственная! Все мелкие проблемы решались очень оперативно. Рекомендую!

It was a great and cozy stay. We're two remote workers, and we had enough space to work without mutual interference. View from the windows and balcony is beautiful, you can see sea and nearby hills. Lots of supermarkets and cafes in <5 mins walk. Easy hop on a grab bike to center through a nice bridge. Nearby beach is nice, with deep and shallow places, low waves.

Nhà nằm ttong một con hẻm yên bình và thân thiện. Khu vực chung quanh rất vui và nhiều tiện ích như: chợ hải sản, cửa hàng ăn uống, siẻu thị, cửa hàng tiện ích. Đi bộ ra bãi tắm khá gần. Trong nhà trang trí rất ấn tượng, có một bể cá rộng mà bạn có thể vừa ngồi đọc sách vừa cho cá ăn. Nói chung chúng tôi đã có những giờ phút thư giãn nghỉ ngơi tuyệt vời. Sẽ quay lại lần sau.

Amazing place overlooking the beach. Very close to everything going on in Nha Trang. Nga is a great host who responds quickly and clearly to any needs or concerns you may have.

Great place, great host. Nice pool, and view of the water from the balcony. Everything well provided for if you wish to stay longer, or do some cooking in. If you choose to stay here, important you are 5 /6 Km from the heart of Nha Trang. Rental of scooter or Grab resolved that situation easily enough. However the benefits is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood,especially idyllic early in the morning. Three pretty good restaurants, a convenience store and small supermarket a short walk away. Kyothu and Sam were super. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Great place to stay , shopping mall across the road, 5 mins walk to the beach and 5 mins by taxi to the tourist center. Overall a very satisfying stay.

This is decent accommodation for its price. Great location in the tourist area - the beach is across the road. The premises are regularly cleaned, it is quite spacious. Convenient kitchen. There is hot water. The staff helps to solve problems - when we checked in, our kettle did not work, they brought a new one. Of the disadvantages - sometimes poor quality of the internet connection. The apartment is quite dark, because the window of the main room overlooks the wall of another house, and the bedroom has no window to the street, only artificial lighting.

Wow, Phil’s place was amazing!! Really felt at home and extremely safe at night. Perfect location to the beach days and also a short walk to the vibrant night life that Nha Trang has to offer. Several food places within blocks with quality food of all kinds. Would be a great spot for a family or like us passing travelers looking for a home fell like Bnb without drowning in resort life. Phil was helpful in all aspects and highly recommend his shuttle service to and from airport, was much cheaper for the 45 minute drive. Thanks again Phil and I hope we meet again!!!

It is a beautiful condo with everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. Vinh was super host, showing us around the complex and showing us the amenities. I left my key in the room and Vinh made sure we got back into room as soon as possible. Lots of shopping very, very close and nice restaurants nearby. the beach was beautiful and also the pools. The view was also very nice. I highly recommend this place. oh yes the bed was really comfortable.
