I have stayed at many of this host's listings and the quality has been very high each time. This building specifically is very peaceful, clean, and matched the photos. The staff were very helpful and friendly. If I come back to D4, I would definitely choose to stay here again. It was close enough to D1 and D2 as well.

The place is as described. The host is kind and communicative. I loved that towels were provided a lot. Hope the best for the host and the airbnb.

This French colonial-style apartment in Saigon is a gem—it is stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to give a distinctly local feel. The location is excellent, the price is very reasonable, and the fashionable interior adds a charming, authentic touch to the experience. Highly recommended for anyone wanting both comfort and character. I should also add the host was very kind and quick to respond. I wish I could have stayed here longer!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le logement de Phuong. L’appartement est très fonctionnel, bien situé et offre une vue vraiment très jolie. Nous avons rencontré un problème avec des fourmis mais Phuong a été très réactive et a réglé le problème dans la journée ! Je ne peux que recommander ce logement.

Beautiful apartment that we stayed in for two nights. Was very comfortable and host was extremely accommodating and responsive. Additionally it was walking distance to many cafes and restaurants we had planned to visit.

Die Unterkunft ist top. Nicht im Zentrum, dafür aber ruhig. Die Adresse ist für Taxifahrer nicht eindeutig, so hatten wir bei unserer nächtlichen Anreise etwas Schwierigkeiten den richtigen Eingang zu finden. Sonst alles Top, auch der Pool und das Restaurant.

Een mooi en modern appartement. Het appartement is heel ruim en was schoon. Het was fijn om hier te verblijven voor twee nachten. Het bed is comfortabel en de badkamer is ruim, een fijne douche ook. Onder het appartement heb je meerdere winkeltjes, zoals een 7eleven. Taxis kunnen er gemakkelijk komen, wat ook fijn is. Het appartement is niet ver van de bruisende stad. Overdag zou ik het niet lopend doen vanwege de warmte, maar in de avond is prima te doen. In een klein halfuurtje ben je er.

Amazing apartment in HCMC! Our host Raymond was extremely responsive and helpful the whole way. The apartment was very clean and tidy just like the photos and the best part is that it's located in an extremely convenient location within District 1, we were able to walk almost everywhere during our trip. The rooftop pool had an amazing view too! We had a great time staying here and we would definitely return the next time we are back in town!

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, das Stadtzentrum ist schnell mit Bus, Grab oder auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Viele nette Restaurants und Cafés, Supermarkt Apotheke und alles was man braucht in der Nähe. Wir waren einen Monat hier und sehr zu frieden. Wohnung liegt an einer sehr kleinen ruhigen Straße, sodass man auch gut schlafen konnte. Waschmaschine und Reinigungservice vorhanden. Wir waren einen Monat hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Both hosts were very responsive and super nice! We had a couple special requests as we were traveling with some large items! They were promptly responsive to our requests, and made us feel safe. The location is perfect for district 1, with many great restaurants in walking distance! We will definitely stay again when we come back to Siagon!! ❤️🦄❤️💕

I stayed at Igo House for a month and truly loved every minute of it! The place is super cute, very clean, and the location is unbeatable! The apartment itself is small and simple, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s perfect for a short trip to the city. For a first-time visit to Saigon, you really can’t beat the location, everything is within walking distance: food, massages, coffee shops, shopping, and even nightlife. The host is extremely responsive and always made sure I had everything I needed, which made the stay even better. It is a bit on the pricey side, and after getting to know Saigon more, you might find areas with more spacious and luxurious options for the same price or even less but for a first-time visit or a short stay, Igo House is a great choice. I’d definitely recommend it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This listing has the perfect location and the host has been very helpful recommending places to visit. There are few things to note, to reach the place you have to walk up the stairs and the place is not pristine clean but it has its charm, spacious, homey, and well decorated. The place is also not soundproof and has plenty of natural light coming in. If you are particular about cleanliness and a light sleeper, maybe consider this. I consider myself one, but really, I could not complain. Clean after yourself, bring earplugs and eyeshade, and you have everything you need. Thank you for letting us stay and helping us explore Ho Chi Minh.

완벽한 숙소였어요 사진처럼 깔끔하고 청결한건 물론이고 아파트 외관, 로비, 엘레베이터 복도 등등 마감재도 엄청 고급스러워요 아파트 테라스에서 보는 야경도 최고였습니다 이 숙소때문에 호치민 또 가고 싶어졌어요 여기서 한달살이 하면 너무 행복할 듯요..!

This was a booking for one person. Loved this apartment - room was perfect for my short stay! Loved the convenience of having a washing machine and supplied detergent to do a quick wash. Balcony was perfect to hang clothing out to dry (covered - useful during the rainy season!). Access to the pool was welcome for exercise. Plenty of local restaurants nearby as well as a local market. Will book again in the future!

this place was wonderful, one of the best places I've stayed at and I've done a ton of travel! it's 5 star easy but at a fraction of the price. the staff were wonderful check in eas easy and communication was fantastic, I would rather this place 6 out of 5 stars if I had the option! if you book you won't be disappointed at all

This is my second time stayed at Betty apartment. Same as previous she still so responsive and the apartment still nice as my previous stay. Will highly recommend for couple to stay for honeymoon.

Everything was fine. It was not very clean, although I asked for a good cleaning since I was with small children. And there was a smell of cigarettes.
