I have stayed at many of this host's listings and the quality has been very high each time. This building specifically is very peaceful, clean, and matched the photos. The staff were very helpful and friendly. If I come back to D4, I would definitely choose to stay here again. It was close enough to D1 and D2 as well.

Beautiful apartment that we stayed in for two nights. Was very comfortable and host was extremely accommodating and responsive. Additionally it was walking distance to many cafes and restaurants we had planned to visit.

Both hosts were very responsive and super nice! We had a couple special requests as we were traveling with some large items! They were promptly responsive to our requests, and made us feel safe. The location is perfect for district 1, with many great restaurants in walking distance! We will definitely stay again when we come back to Siagon!! ❤️🦄❤️💕

I stayed at Igo House for a month and truly loved every minute of it! The place is super cute, very clean, and the location is unbeatable! The apartment itself is small and simple, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s perfect for a short trip to the city. For a first-time visit to Saigon, you really can’t beat the location, everything is within walking distance: food, massages, coffee shops, shopping, and even nightlife. The host is extremely responsive and always made sure I had everything I needed, which made the stay even better. It is a bit on the pricey side, and after getting to know Saigon more, you might find areas with more spacious and luxurious options for the same price or even less but for a first-time visit or a short stay, Igo House is a great choice. I’d definitely recommend it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One of the best places to stay in Ho Chi Minh! Great price, I would recommend to everyone. The place felt very luxurious and out of a movie, and the bed was superior. It was better than any bed I’ve ever slept in. The gym and pool on the rooftop were perfect, with a beautiful view. Would definitely recommend the cafe on the corner -Madison cafe. Sadly I only stayed for 1 night. Host responded within 5min every time!

It’s a very cute and clean airbnb. The host is very friendly and responsive. The location is very close to all the attractions around Ho Chi Minh center. The place is a bit hot during the day. The AC took a while to cool down the room coz we went out for a whole day but it is not a big deal. One issue is the treads of the staircases are quite small and a bit slippery if your feet are wet. I think it’s better if we can add anti-slip taps/strips to improve the safety. I love the bathtub with the view but I didnt try it since I am worrying that people from outside can see us naked. There is a blind but well, I just wanted to have a bath while enjoying the view haha. Overall I would love to come back or recommend this place to everyone.

The accommodation is top notch. Not in the center, but quiet. The address is not clear to taxi drivers, so we had some difficulty finding the right entrance on our nightly arrival. Otherwise everything is great, including the pool and the restaurant.

The place is as described. The host is kind and communicative. I loved that towels were provided a lot. Hope the best for the host and the airbnb.

You're right at home at Ngocs place, and in a neighborhood, feeling like a local, the neighbors nod and smile at you, sure there's hotels and tourists nearby, but this block feels like you just really really landed in the real HCMC. Popular local food vendors literally outside the front door, a 24h coffee shop on the corner (one traditional one Plant-based!! in the same storefront. Oh and some of the best vegan food in the world within a few blocks (and all the omnivore as well) I'm a cpap user and after failing to find distilled water at over 12 pharmacies Ngoc went out of her way and trekked to a hospital pharmacy to get me some and had it delivered!! So amazing. We just had to visit her coffee shop, super chill and the essence of cool (but go during the day, so the hip shows are open, but like us who only got a glimpse) Totally recommend,close to new Saigon Metro as well.

Amazing apartment in HCMC! Our host Raymond was extremely responsive and helpful the whole way. The apartment was very clean and tidy just like the photos and the best part is that it's located in an extremely convenient location within District 1, we were able to walk almost everywhere during our trip. The rooftop pool had an amazing view too! We had a great time staying here and we would definitely return the next time we are back in town!

Great location with plenty of restaurants Building is secure no one can get into the elevators without a card key The unit was clean and newer furniture much better than other places I have stayed in Ben Nghe

This place was a beautiful cozy place ! We enjoyed the beautiful views and overall felt so comfortable! Host was very responsive , we enjoyed our stay a lot !

This listing has the perfect location and the host has been very helpful recommending places to visit. There are few things to note, to reach the place you have to walk up the stairs and the place is not pristine clean but it has its charm, spacious, homey, and well decorated. The place is also not soundproof and has plenty of natural light coming in. If you are particular about cleanliness and a light sleeper, maybe consider this. I consider myself one, but really, I could not complain. Clean after yourself, bring earplugs and eyeshade, and you have everything you need. Thank you for letting us stay and helping us explore Ho Chi Minh.

We booked this as first timers in vietnam & was so happy we came across this place because Linh helped us soo much & the place is better then the photos so clean, you see it smell it and feel it!! if your complementing staying, stay for sure!!! and communicating to linh was amazing thankyou ☺️☺️

Fantastic host ! So responsive , accommodated a half day stay because we arrived early at a fair cost ! Very much appreciated, we arrived at 6 am and didn’t want to wait til check in! During the stay they were very responsive. Can’t say enough good things about the location and the amenities. Wow ! Everything you could ask for and MORE. You will NOT get these amenities at a hotel & I frequent at high end hotels - some of which make you pay for their saunas and pools. This place had it ALL! Location wise it was close to the epicentre of all the action but just outside and peaceful / close to wonderful street vendors and restaurants which we ate at daily and preferred over many of the restaurants. Don’t think twice about booking this stay . It’s great! One thing to be aware of is the mattress is very firm ( I like this but not all do so be aware ). 10/10 stay and hosts !

This is my second time stayed at Betty apartment. Same as previous she still so responsive and the apartment still nice as my previous stay. Will highly recommend for couple to stay for honeymoon.
