Great apartment, close to everything you need to visit.

We enjoyed our stay! The villa was private, had lots of space to enjoy and various amenities to take advantage of during our stay. The water pressure in the showers could have been better but no complaints overall.

This place is in a great location for us, walking distance to my old house, old school, markets, night market, and attractions. The decors are interesting with many antiques and collectibles. Certainly bring back memories (would be nice to have a storybook about the decors). Located on second floor, the morning street noises from cars and street vendors are just enough to bring back childhood memories (nights are quite quiet). Overall, not a 5 stars hotel, but a great place for us.

Myself and 3 friends stayed here in all 4 rooms. Amazing location; comfortable and exceeded our expectations. What elevates this place from great to fantastic is the host; prompt, considerate, genuine and helpful. I have used Airbnb for 10+ years, and Du is the best host, hands down! Highly recommended.

If you want a small place to stay in the heart but literally in the heart of Saigon this is your place to go, forget those five star hotel the place is small and cozy. Everything is well equipped brand-new the host is responsive and very helpful and very very nice The price is literally half or less compare to those big four star hotel but you have the whole place for yourself and in the center of Saigon so you’re gonna pay the taxi cheaper everywhere you go Outside of the house is very Vietnamese street life, lots of local around selling stuff and A ROOSTER waking you up in the morning Bref if you need a good value in the center and close to the locals this is the place eyes shut 👌

We had an amazing 3 nights staying here. The rooftop area was a great place to relax after a busy day. So much space - great for larger groups or families. Each room has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, and air conditioning. Beds are firm but very comfortable. So close to everything but very quiet. We highly recommend Phoenix’s place.

This place has such a unique and modern interior — it truly felt like a home away from home, which was such a treat after being overseas for a while. The location is great, and one of the lovely touches was the free meal and drink offered at the café downstairs for each guest — a really thoughtful perk. The only downside is that there isn’t a lot of natural light in the space, but honestly, everything else more than made up for it. I would definitely stay here again!

My family had a great stay at this condo. From the moment we entered, we were impressed with the spacious space, luxurious design and fully furnished. The private pool was very clean, the water was clear and cool, my whole house enjoyed taking a dip and relaxing every day. The professional pool table is also a big plus, helping people to have more moments of fun together.

The host is kind, the place is very clean, the location is easy to find, the check in and check out instructions are clear, professional, I have a great stay.

We were a group of 6 and we had a great stay! The host was extremely responsive and helped me find a bike store before checking in, gave advice on biking in Ho Chi Minh among other things. The aircon wasn't working and they fixed it immediately and it didn't get in our way of our agenda. I requested for 2 more coffee pods as there were only 4 so they offered to top up or buy us coffee at the restaurant in the building. Building has a great pool, coworking/restaurant space, mani/pedi spa etc. we've been saying we should come back and stay here for the weekend to chill.

Stayed for a week at this AirBNB. This is an incredible property. Thao Dien is a great walkable neighborhood, that compares well to my favorite lived-in urban communities in NYC and DC. Great restaurants. Great coffee nearby. A fantastic gourmet grocery store is STEPS from this rental. The traffic in the area is low to moderate. I felt safe running in the neighborhood. The unit's decor is updated some from the pictures. More plants. Nothing negative. It's very comfortable. The kitchenware is better than many vacation rentals. I liked the outdoor shower in the master bedroom. There are stairs to get into the building; but an elevator to get up to the unit. The street is quiet. Housekeeping came multiple times. Hosts were professional and responsive. We had two key cards provided right away. There is no dishwasher. There is a clothes washer in-unit; but no dryer. The basement garage has a dryer in it that we were invited to use. I would be happy with a long-term stay here.

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the entire process seamless. The house was exactly as depicted in the pictures – spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Every detail matched the listing description, and I couldn't be happier with my stay. Highly recommend this property and host!

Overall perfect stay. 10/10 Exceptionally clean, modern, very friendly communication. Although its not right in district 1, its still central and only takes a few minutes to get there. The building is new and modern. Has convenience stores, cafes and restaurants outside of the building. Super helpful and kind hosts. Helped us send something to us that we have forgotten in the apartment. Has a nice pool with views to the river, as well as gym and sauna, but needs face verification to enter, so i guess its only for longterm guests. Would come back again anytime.

Amazing stay! Had to book for another month in the future before we even checked out. Super clean space that makes you feel right at home, very helpful host for all of our needs, and the neighborhood feels extremely safe / family friendly. 10/10 on everything!

Loved staying at this airbnb, it was perfect for a long stay with family. The bed & sofabed were very toddler friendly too. There were also a few cafes and minimarkets on the lobby which was a plus. Yoyo & Lala were very responsive on the questions we had. Thanks a lot for hosting us 😊

Had a very good stay. The horse took very good care of us and was very prompt and responding on the app. She even arranged a mid stay clean for us. At no extra cost when the plumbing broke down, she had somebody there very promptly to fix the problem.

The place was suitable for our family and matched our expectations in most aspects. We can highly recommend it to any prospective people looking for a value, strategy location and reasonably good facilities. We’d stay here again if we had the opportunity to travel to Saigon again.
