Surprise, surprise - We booked it again, even when the price was increased :) So , have the opportunity to have a second opinion: This is not a regular Airbnb stay - it is actually more like a home stay. It is clean, quiet and spacious (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with toilets) new apartment. Everything is nearby: convenient shops are near the entrance, bank and ATM is 3 minutes away, even a quality Dong Hair Salon is 2 minutes away. The time there goes fast, so better book quickly and for few weeks. There is a small bonus - a drinking water (triple filtered) tap :) This is an absolute gem, not only in Haiphong, but compared to many other stays. It may also turn you into a returning customer ! Looking forward for my third stay :)

Das beste airbnb was ich jemals hatte. Alles war absolut perfekt. Ich hoffe im Herbst wieder zu kommen und dann wieder bei ihr wohnen zu können. Vielen Dank für die schöne zeit !!!!!

Tôi đã có dịp lưu trú tại căn hộ và thật sự rất ấn tượng với chất lượng dịch vụ cũng như không gian sống nơi đây. Căn hộ được thiết kế hiện đại, đầy đủ tiện nghi và vô cùng sạch sẽ. Từng chi tiết trong căn hộ đều được chăm chút tỉ mỉ, từ nội thất đến ánh sáng, tạo cảm giác ấm cúng và thoải mái như đang ở chính ngôi nhà của mình. Vị trí căn hộ rất thuận tiện, gần trung tâm thành phố, dễ dàng di chuyển đến các khu mua sắm, nhà hàng và các địa điểm du lịch nổi tiếng tại Hải Phòng. Khu vực xung quanh yên tĩnh, an ninh tốt, phù hợp cả cho nghỉ ngơi dài ngày hoặc công tác. Chủ căn hộ cũng rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình, luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ khi cần thiết. Tôi hoàn toàn hài lòng và chắc chắn sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp ghé thăm Hải Phòng lần nữa. Đây là một lựa chọn lý tưởng cho những ai đang tìm kiếm một không gian sống tiện nghi, an toàn và đẳng cấp tại thành phố cảng.

Nhà rất mới, sạch đẹp, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Chủ nhà lịch sự, chu đáo. Một nơi ở rất tốt ở Hải Phòng!!!

We had a blast! Pros: • The penthouse matched all the pictures with a fully-equipped kitchen. There were 6 wine glasses, plenty of shot glasses and lots of cooking utensils. • All the decoration was done nicely and the lighting was great (bedrooms even had floor lights). • The balcony was HUGE and even had a BBQ grill that we regretted not bringing food to use it. • The host was very responsive and helpful, helping us in every way they could. • There were 1-2 small grocery stores on the ground floor. They even sold ice! • There was a Vietcombank ATM right at the entrance. • This complex doesn’t have much of a nice view but they have a large playground on the inner yard. Cons: • The TV in the master bedroom seemed like a domestic Chinese product, unlike the TV in the living room. We couldn’t access anything with that Chinese-only display (no YouTube or Netflix buttons). • There is no microwave in the kitchen. • Ceiling/floor is not very thick or soundproof. Highly recommended!

Le logement de Minh est magnifique. Très propre. Minh est toujours disponible à répondre aux questions et à proposer des activités sympa à moindre coût. Je recommande.

Beautiful condo and excellent value. The restaurants were somewhat pricey, comparative to western and European prices. Incredible host who was very responsive and available. The unit was impeccable, the beds were comfortable and it had all the amenities of a luxury hotel including bathrobes and slippers. The only small issue, is despite the listing which indicates there is no “cooking” there is a full kitchen in the pictures so we expected some cutlery and dishes, just not cooking pots and pans. The kitchen provides no dishes whatsoever. Despite not “cooking”, you can’t even prepare fruits, eat yogurt/cereal or prepare non- cooked. Our host indicated we could call the hotel to borrow these items but we felt this was a lot to ask the hotel staff.

We had a lovely one night stay. Beautiful apartment for such a great price! Hotel had nice restaurants and was perfect for what we needed. Trang was very helpful and responsive! Would recommend 😊

Mieszkanie było czyste i zgodne z opisem. Widok z balkonu był super. Budynek znajduje się z dala od centrum, w okolicy przeważnie pustych budynków. Dlatego w bliskiej odległości jest mało sklepów i restauracji. Dla osoby, która ceni sobie spokój i ciszę, polecam to miejsce. Hue Nguyen była bardzo pomocna i dopytywała się, czy wszystko było w porządku! Polecam zatrzymać się w apartamencie Hue Nguyen!

Super lieve host!

Zeer mooie kamer met prachtig uitzicht. We verbleven hier 1 nacht omdat we erna naar Halong international cruise Port moesten. Alles heel goed. Zoals gezegd moet je betalen voor het zwembad. Al moet je misschien niet betalen voor het buitenzwembad, was me niet echt duidelijk maar ze zei zoiets nadat we betaald hadden. Wel jammer als het zo zou zijn, want dat was zeker wel voldoende geweest. In het binnenzwembad is het iets te druk. Dus best eens navragen. Maar voor de rest zeker top een aan te raden wegens prachtig uitzicht en kamer.
