A newly renovated four bedroom Cottage in the heart of High Newton, South Lakes. Designed and furnished to a high standard throughout with an open plan living area, featuring banquette seating and large dining table to seat the whole family. Four bedrooms with three being ensuite are designed for comfort, the fourth being on the ground floor for the less able all featuring Emma mattresses and soft, white cotton bedding and towels. Superb semi detached cottage with two bedrooms, large garden & private parking within the grounds just 2 miles from Cartmel & Newby Bridge at the South end of Lake Windermere. Granary Cottage has a EV charger for vehicle charging. Vehicle charging is charged at 50p per kwh unit. The dining room has great views with a pair of French doors in to the living room which has a large double sofa bed & another pair of doors in to the garden. The master bedroom is en suite with a 2nd Jack & Jill door.

Our cosy studio flat is a perfect base for your adventure in the lake district. Located at the southern end of Windermere lake, it has great access to the rest of the Lake District for exploring and only 10 min to Cartmel racecourse. We are close to many great attractions. Ulverston the festival town is just 25 minutes' drive away. There is also a petrol station/shop 20min walk/2min drive. Grange over Sands is a lovely town to visit and have a wander along the promonade over looking the bay.
