Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Newton County

We had a very nice stay. The house was clean, the owner was accommodative and kind, and all of our needs were met. I would definitely choose this host again.

The place was very clean and in a peaceful area. You can sit on the porch and watch the horses and just relax to the sound of nature. Have the fence with remote gate was nice as we had a dog and could let him run in the fenced area as we were out side. Would definitely recommend, it is a nice location to go to eureka or Branson.

The house was spotless and exactly as advertised. The location amidst the Buffalo River wilderness and access to nearby activities makes Jasper an ideal base. What made the stay "especially special" were all the small touches e.g. the welcome basket, plentiful charging ports, area guide books, etc. Having stayed in several Airbnb locations now over the years, I can say that due to all of the small extras, this was easily one of our favorites.

Enjoyed the location for easy walking to the restaurants and other features of this very small town. You are always close to everything.

The sunsets were spectacular and the house was well appointed. The extras that were provided were icing on the cake. We had a wonderful visit.

Worked perfectly for what we needed. Clean, comfortable, and the Ping Pong table was a fun value add. We will be back on our next trip to Arkansas!

Staying here in the Boxley Valley was just what we were looking for. The sound from the creek in the new distance was beautiful to look at and listen to. Enjoyed having coffee while listening for the Elk outside. Didn’t hear the Elk or see them on this trip, but the neighboring family of cows were fun to watch as the sun came up. Lots of trails and fun adventures here in the Boxley Valley! Thank you Maggie!! Those blooming Irises around the Oak Tree were beautiful!

Susan was a great host. Her communication skills were amazing when it came to a busted water line from a lightening strike. After Susan finding out the water would not be able to turned back on for a bit she immediately refunded a nights stay and gave us the option to still stay or leave early due to the storm knocking out the water supply. When she reached out to let us know she sent us a nights refund we were shocked. That was a very nice but unexpected gesture. We absolutely plan to return this summer with our 2 kids. Thank you Susan for a great weekend away to celebrate mine and my husbands 20 year anniversary!

Third time at the Blue Moon Cabin. What a wonderful place. The kids and I spent the weekend exploring the local area for waterfalls. They had a book in the cabin that helped us find some lesser known falls. If you are headed to Newton co, to paddle, fish, climb, hike or explore. This is a fabulous location.

This stay was perfect. So cozy and homey. It had everything we needed and was so clean and smelled good. Just lovely

Great little get away! Beautiful place that had the best porch for morning coffee! The grounds were beautiful and had a great fire pit! Linda had left wood and some fire starter so that was wonderful! The best surprise was the donkey that would greet us at his pen every time we pulled up! Perfect location for a great homebase to go and explore the buffalo!

As advertised. 20 minutes from some amazing hikes. Fun space and fully stocked kitchen. Couldn’t ask for more.

Wonderful place! The view is lovely and the hosts are very kind. Beautiful surroundings and remote surroundings with a drive able distance to the city.

I stay here quite often for work trips and am always equally satisfied with the home and scenery. It has everything I need to cook meals, connect with nature, and relax when I’m finished with my job for the day.

Sweet little cabin perfect for starry nights by the fire and coffee on the porch taking in the view! Super-comfortable beds…we’ve stayed in lots of short-term rentals and these were our favorites. Stock up on food and enjoy the peace and quiet of the woods at Moonhull!
