The house was very clean. It’s close to Ponca and jasper. Great location

Everything is exactly as pictured, very clean and well kept. The house comes with about everything you would need ! The host was super nice and responded very quickly anytime we needed to communicate. Me and my family had a great time and would definitely stay here again !!

The Ratterman Ranch was the perfect place to stay!! I’ve traveled all over the world and this is by far the best Air BnB I’ve ever stayed in! It was super clean, absolutely beautiful scenery everywhere you looked, and it had so many things at the house to do, along with it being fully stocked with everything you could possibly need! We’re definitely planning on coming back and would recommend it to anyone!! And the hosts were so nice and helpful and very accommodating!!

My stay at A Peace of Heaven was absolutely incredible. The name says it all—this place truly is a peaceful retreat tucked away in the Ozarks. The views were stunning and made every moment feel calm and grounding, whether I was sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the hot tub The cabin was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a relaxing weekend. The hot tub was a highlight—soaking while taking in the scenery was the perfect way to unwind. The location feels remote in the best way, and the quiet made it easy to reset and recharge. Highly recommend for anyone looking to disconnect and enjoy the beauty of Arkansas. I’d love to come back!

The beauty of this home is unprecedented. I wish we had a day to enjoy the deck and home. The drive to the house was accurate and it’s an adventure in and of itself. But sooo worth the view and amazing home. We had the best time going on hikes and the house was the perfecting end and start to our days. Things that were great besides the deck: shower, bed, kitchen and living room. We didn’t spend anytime upstairs and really should have tried the tub out.

This trip was a birthday trip for our son. It was so peaceful and secluded. They had so much fun in the creek. We also did a couple of hikes. Our boys are already asking to go back. We will be returning

We loved our stay at Cooper's Cabin. The view from the wonderful back porch is spectacular. We all enjoyed the hot tub. There was lots of space to hang out and play inside and out of the cabin for my family of 5. Beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. In addition, the cabin is close to so many great hiking trails and close to the Buffalo River for canoeing/kayaking/swimming. Great getaway! We highly recommend!

We had a great time. The place was very clean and kept up. Recommend this place to anyone staying in the area. Also only 8 min from Hasty access to Buffalo River.

My wife and I come to Arkansas usually once a year and this has been one of our favorite spots. The Barn is even nicer in person and felt so spacious. It was incredibly peaceful and made for a perfect getaway. My wife really loved how spotless the place was when we checked in and we appreciated how easy check out was. We enjoyed the hot tub and the grill nightly, soaked in the beautiful scenery, and spent our days at Buffalo River. If you're considering staying at The Barn we highly recommend it.

Both the place and the experience were lovely. The views from the porch are spectacular- great place to relax. The cabin itself was sparkling clean and had a well stocked kitchen for cooking. The beds are super comfy. There are numerous options for hikes, swimming, and fishing nearby. Finally, Jodean is incredibly kind and responsive.

By far the most well appointed Airbnb we’ve every stayed in anywhere in the world. Whitney & Tom truly thought of everything! From Dyson blow dryers to the Nespresso maker to every kitchen utensil, spice, glassware, serving dishes, and multiple large cutting boards. Truly just show up and begin your vacation. Everything including the hot tub were impeccably clean. Will look forward to staying here again!

We stayed for a family vacation with our children and had a great time. There are many beautiful hikes in the area, but weather did not cooperate well with our trip. We were glad to have a comfy place to hang out, and we made use of the hot tub, fire pit, board games, and porch swings. Between rain showers, we enjoyed excursions in Eureka Springs and Branson. The host was available but did not intrude on our visit. The property itself is small, but it had a beautiful view and other homes are not super close. With the rain, we were grateful for a covered porch and walkway to the parking area.

This cabin was amazing! It was a perfect little get away for our friends before floating the Buffalo. The cabin was clean and cozy, the views were breathtaking. Looking forward to staying here again!
