Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Newton County

This is one of the best Airbnbs that I’ve stayed in. The house was new and clean and incredibly well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed and more and there was an abundance of pillows, blankets and clean towels. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were new, nice, and stocked with shampoo and soaps. The front porch view is absolutely incredible too! We’d absolutely come back!

Sheryl's place was great. The home was in great condition and was very comfortable. We slept well. Located in a beautiful setting. We laughed watching the baby goats run at the farm across the way. We really enjoyed the hot tub after two long days of hiking. The home was well stocked with items in case we forgot something. We appreciate Sheryl letting us stay here. We love Arkansas so much! So much beauty and endless things to do!

We stayed at Hannah's house. We had a great time here with our group. This place is wonderful! Very clean and comfortable. The surroundings are so peaceful. It was furbaby friendly, which is a plus for us. It was centrally located to many areas within a hour drive. My husband and I plan on returning soon. I would highly recommend staying here!!!

The views were unreal! Pictures don’t do it justice. Home was clean, well organized, and appeared to be brand new. One tip, 4 wheel drive recommended for the gravel road you’ll take to get to this location. 10/10 would book again.

This will always be my wife and I’s favorite place by the Buffalo River. It’s literally our getaway from the grind and we love it so much! The house has its own special vibe - from the plethora of VHS movies, to the special decorations, house plants, and of course Lucky Stripes (the outdoor cat on the property) you won’t find a better place. It’s also super close to Kyle’s Landing! Look no further and book it!

This house is lovely and comfortable. The game room was fun. Walking distance to 2 restaurants and a couple shops in town. Great location for driving to all the scenic views, waterfalls, Buffalo National River. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to get away for the city and unwind. Definately off the beaten path, but all the amenities you would expect in the city. It was perfect for us and our dogs to get away without others around, and plenty of room to roam.

If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, in the mountains, away from the noise, look no further!!

Had a great time in Jasper at the Dogwood Springs Campground! Cabin was great, located in the center of loads of great hiking and climbing spots. Ginger was very helpful and advised on great pet-friendly hiking spots. 10/10 will be back in the future for a climbing trip!

I stayed at the Moose Lodge with 4 friends after a day canoeing and kayaking on the Buffalo River. It was a great way to enjoy a full day on the river without having to drive several hours back home. The Moose Lodge was very clean and having a hot tub was possibly our favorite part! Jessica was very responsive in all of our communications and the checkout process was quick and easy! And while we didn't bring our dog this time, it is a pet friendly rental and we would definitely consider bring our dog along the next time!

We stayed here while on a trip to Eureka Springs to watch the Great Passion play. This was a great place to stay, although not much in the area if needing groceries. We knew that ahead of time though knowing we were over an hour from a major town. The place was neat and pretty clean. A little dusty in a few areas but nothing to be concerned with. I was disappointed the pool wasn’t open for our booking. I was so excited when we booked that I skipped right over the part in the description that the pool is open seasonably and I just assumed it would be since it was a late April booking (April 24-27) so my fault for not reaching out before booking to be sure. We utilized the hot tub instead. There were games available inside and corn hole outside as well as a grille. We were very pleased overall with our stay and would return in the future if in the area.

The house and amenities is great for our family with 2 teenagers. Lots of room and things to do. Girls enjoyed the pool and gameroom -pool/ping pong/darts. Could really sleep 14 so our 4 were very comfortable with plenty of space. There are 7 beds total, spread out in 3 areas so could suit multiple family vacay. Each room is themed and decor is cute. Host was always quick to respond with answers to my questions. great time!

We loved “playing hooky” at the house on the creek! The place was clean and cozy, the creek is absolutely beautiful, and we loved the atmosphere and the animals. Bonus that it’s just a short drive from several access points on the Buffalo river if you’re looking for an adventure and/or Branson is just about an hour out as well. Stacey was very responsive and accommodating. We even came home with some cute “playing hooky” merch. Can’t wait to come back with the kids and play in the creek again!

If you are looking for some peace and quiet in a beautiful private setting this is it. Very clean and comfortable place would definitely recommend. Jan is a great host, very responsive and super friendly.

Stunning views. Perfect escape from busy life to enjoy nature with the company you bring. Had a wonderful time disconnecting. We brought dirt bikes to hit the trails near by which were just down the road. We will go back for sure!

My family of 4 humans and 2 dogs loved this place. We are always looking to take our pets on adventures and this place was perfect. Unfortunately the weather didn’t allow our buffalo river float but we didn’t let that get us down! With only being an hour from Branson, we made a day of it! The grocery store was 8 minutes down the road and there are several amazing restaurants just as close. The house was very clean and had everything we could have asked for and then some! I highly recommend booking this place if you want to enjoy the Ozarks!

Sherry was a super helpful, always responsive host. We really enjoyed our stay at her cabin, the beautiful setting, and some very scenic hiking trails in the area. Our girls loved playing in the fenced yard and the kitties that came to visit.

Newly referbished cozy cabin that felt like home. Very, very clean and lots of thoughtfull touches by the owners. If you, yourself, bought a cabin in the woods, you would want it to feel like this one. All of the activities of Newton County and the Buffalo River are just minutes away. Jasper is a delight and urges you to put the phone away and look around and see what the 1940's - 1950's were like. If you are there to float, you can always rent from the big companies, but do yourself a favor and rent from Lost Valley Canoe in Ponca. They operate out of an old general store and are the most friendly, genuine and helpful people around. Here's to another great long weekend in Newton County!

We had a great last minute stay! The pods were cute and cozy and just what we needed to have a "camping" trip without packing all our gear. Beds were comfy and clean. It was great to have a skink with water, table for our camp stove, and fire pit all to ourselves! The area was private, pretty and wide open. We played wiffle ball in the fields and watched the deer eat in the evening. Was a quick 20 min drive to the BOC to float the Buffalo the next day.
